Clean bed and bathroom

Location felt sketchy. Bugs in room and smashed in parking lot.

Toilet ?ran?. We had to lift the back lid & jiggle the chain to refill water reservoir. Would have requested different room if our stay would have been longer OR if we?d immediately noticed the issue.

Great location great breakfast that waffle machine with batter was awesome

I?m a fanatic about planning the bathrooms didn?t seem to be too clean

It was very quiet. They gave me a room on the opposite side of the freeway had no running around no funny business liked it.

Just upgrade the TV to a bigger one other than that I?m good

The price for the pet stay was very good. Price for the room was good. Staff was wonderful. Proximity to eateries was great. Location is free of homeless drug addicts loitering. I would stay here again.

Interior paint repairs were not done well. Clothed dryer is very slow. No grass. Only rock ground cover. Refrigerator is really loud. Boiled eggs and fresh hand fruit would be inexpensive and healthier. Muffins not yummy.

There weren't too many guests so it was easy to access services.

I did not like that my room was directly facing the freeway. However once I turned the heater on the outside noise diminished.

Hotel is outdated the room has a smell like a pet odor. Carpet was stained and bathroom was old needs a total remodel.

They keep reminding us about the 27 day stay even though my husband is getting this room with his job.

Location and staff

Reservation was for two beds. Did not have that but upgraded to room with one bed and a pull out so it worked.

Easy to find.

Felt more like a Motel 6. Room was not as clean as you would expect, needed obvious/visible repairs.

Staff is not friendly!..TV remote turned on to lines all over the picture screen. Remote would not change the channel, called downstairs, no one would pick up the phone..I had a late check out at 12pm, but the maids kept knocking my door to clean!

Location for our event + the room was surprisingly large & at a great price.

The staff let some folks stay out at the pool being loud for a bit too long. They should have stepped in once they received complaints.

The location was very convenient, plenty of food in the area and the highway is right there. It was a nice deal for a one night stay!

It was a bit run down in the actual room, there were some cracked tiles in the bathroom and the paneling was coming off in places.

The room had been smoked in. Was supposed to be a non-smoking room. It smelled nasty.

Very slow WiFi. Room was of poor quality. Bathroom door does not close. The refrigerator is shaky and is missing racks. Everything falls out when one opens the door. Drawers missing handles.

Very convenient just off the freeway.

Very very noisy - busy area next to freeway with lots of big trucks constantly moving around. Air conditioning unit is wall-mounted and very noisy.

location to the Field of Dreams

I have sent a letter to your corporate office and Quality Inn. I expect a response with some type of compensations. We had kids with us and our room smelled like marijuana. Washer and dryers didn't work, I have a lot more complaints not enough room

Location was decent.

Lobby wreaked of smoke. Non-smoking room had faint odor of smoke. They looked like they were remodeling but the construction was awful. No bedding or pillows for the pull out. Freeway traffic loud. Kids running up and down walkway late at night.

Room was clean and parking was easy.

The breakfast eggs and sausage were absolutely disgusting. I settled for a toasted bagel with cream cheese. I ended up with a freeway facing room. Very loud.

Nice hotel for the price paid. Within walking distance to a Italian restaurant and fast food close by.

Everything was fine this is not a three star hotel but met everything I needed for a one night stay.
