Wasn't told renovating pool and that it was closed. Booked because it had a pool.

Location was great, workout facilities and pool were clean.

Clean comfortable professional staff

Staff seemed overworked. Food court across the street was extremely loud at night and kept my family awake.

Close stay to what we were in town for.

Noise from the outside. Room would cool, but it didn't seem like the thermostat worked.

Nice hotel and convenient for travel.

AC didn¿t work well and made for an uncomfortable night. Too late to contact anyone to ask for assistance.

The staff was great. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was a nice surprise as well.

The Hotel was walking distance to strip mall with several Restaurants. It had racy access off the Freeway.

The room facing the Freeway had noise all night. The light to shine on the Hampton Sign reflected directly to our room. Tried to use the Libby to eat our Dinner and there was a group of kids being extremely loud. They were never told to quite down.

Smelled clean.

Front desk still charged the incorrect credit card. When we checked in a new card was given. I had to call in to get a refund. The front desk female didn't apologize for MY inconvenience nor acknowledge their error. She acted annoyed.

Great breakfast options and super clean room.

We had a room on the freeway side of the hotel and it was LOUD.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was nice and very quiet. There were more amenities than I expected.

The breakfast buffet was okay - typical.

I liked everything hard to choose one thing. Room was clean everything working in room no complaints. Breakfast was great. The staff in the breakfast were courteous, the lady kept putting food never went low on food. I will definitely go back

The only thing that i didn't really like was in the pool, it's a little to much chlorine my eyes were hurting other than that indoor pool was clean.

THE HOTEL STAFF WERE VERY HELPFUL AND ACCOMMODATING. THE ROOMS WERE CLEAN AND SMELLED FRESH. LOVED THE HIGH CEILINGS AND HOTEL WAS QUIET BEING IT WAS SOLD OUT. APPRECIATED THE VARIETY OF COFFEE AND SNACKS WHEN YOU ENTER HOTEL. PLENTY OF PARKING.

THE PILLOWS WERE VERY SMALL AND HAD ZERO SUPPORT. I USUALLY BRING MY OWN AND FORGOT. BREAKFAST ONLY GOES TILL 10AM. I WOULD LOVE FOR IT TO GO AT LEAST TILL 11AM.

Super friendly and clean!

Parking lot had a gasoline theif during the night/early morning and contractor asked me when I was checking out while working the room across the hallway changing light bulbs... So inappropriate for them to have any relation with patrons!

Right off the freeway, easy on easy off. Breakfast and coffee in the morning.

Staff was just OK. Wouldn't let me check in thirty minutes early. Almost didn't get a parking space, luckily someone was leaving.

The rooms, the service, cleanliness. I was extremely pleased with my room. The be and pillows superb.
