Comfort Inn Lathrop Stockton Airport

We left a pillow and housekeeping and front desk went out of their way to get it back to us after we left. Thank you! Breakfast attendants were very on top of of keeping everything stocked and clean.

The hotel room was dirty, the beds were hard as a rock. The power went out 2 times during a heat wave of 105. The bathroom door wouldn't stay open it had to be wedge in between the front door. The bathroom was disgusting and rusty

Comfortable. Nice breakfast. Easy access from highway.

The heater in the room was a little noisy.

The close proximity to our destination. It only took 5 minutes from and too.

The restroom toilet dispenser was lower to reach. Plus the shower water strength was low.

they transfer you to central reservations for any small questions without listening. They check in lady didnt give any info while checking in example breakfast time and check out time.

Easy access off the Interstate. Friendly and polite staff at the front desk. Felt welcomed as soon as I came in the front door. Will book again.

Just a shady area of lathrop but it turned out not to be to bad

Girl working the desk at night was very rude , she had very poor customer service skill.

Our room looked like it had some serious damage done to it and was still in the middle of repairs. Smelled horribly like cigarettes which was most disappointing because I am allergic and that's the number 1 reason I choose this hotel

Breakfast

Fitness room filthy. No ventilation. no batteries in remote or clock. Rm/Hallway dirty carpet. Toilet seat cracked and chipped. Handles on dresser falling off.

Location was right off freeway. Breakfast was good. Plenty of choices and a clean space to eat.

Overall appearance was dirty and worn. My son woke up with bed bug bites on his belly. Frustrated.

Location was the only thing positive

Yes, staff was horrible. Check in took 15 min because of slow computers. Then missed my flight home due to being stuck in the elevator for 32 min until I called the fire department due to staff being unknowledgeable.

Nice hotel for I-5 travelers. Clean rooms. Friendly staff. Easy fwy access. Walgreen's, gas stations and food near hotel. A bit of street noise for rooms that face front of hotel. Mom and tween daughter road trip. I felt safe and would stay there again.

Close to the freeway, gas station and some food places, great hot breakfast, super clean room, slightly bigger than other hotels I've been to. I love the pool and hot tub too.

I would like it if the pool area was open later and checkout was later than 11am, but it's not abnormal hours so it's do-able.

Breakfast could have been a little better. The syrup for waffles was cold and the peanut butter to spread on the waffles was cold and unspreadable.

Room was comfortable and clean. Free breakfast was delicious! Good location near highway and stores.
