The breakfast was a bit underwhelming, it’s huge so getting anywhere odd a hike

When I called to find out what time breakfast was served on Sunday they told me 6 o’clock that’s why we stayed there and we found out it was 7 o’clock and had to miss it due to having to be somewhere else at that time

No cameras. My car go a in a hit and run parked in their garage and they had no cameras

The hotel is very nice with lots of amenities

We did not have any conditioner complementary. The bar area had children in it. We would?ve liked to gone and had a drink, but the bar had children out and about. Staff was not addressing children?s behaviors with parents.

Room was comfortable and clean

The restaurant service was bad and the food was cold, for what they charge I was very disappointed.

Only the location of the hotel is OK

The hotel facilities are not working. Laundry and the guest elevator is not functioning during our stay. The hotel front desk was not approachable and the hotel manager is not reachable. We are really dissatisfied with the experience we had.

Perfect for our 2 night stay. Very clean. Hot breakfast was appreciated. Cheese omelette, potatoes, waffles, cornflakes, bagels along with coffee and juice. Would definitely stay again!

We loved how easy the hotel was to find. I was able to check in easily with no wait. Parking was convenient. We parked right by the elevator. Our room was exceptionally clean. Pool was great. Free water and coffee. All their staff were friendly & helpful.

The only thing I didn't like was that parking is an additional fee of $12. It was not disclosed beforehand

Be aware when you sign in for the free wifi there¿s an option for a higher speed for $4.95. I accidentally signed up for that and was charged.

My family loved the coziness of this hotel. The shower was big and amazing, the kids loved it. The beds were very comfortable. We have chosen to only stay in this Hotel chain from now on.

Due to covid hot breakfast was not given, not the hotels fault, but they did give a cold packaged breakfast.
