Cons -

Water from our morning shower was luke warm instead of hot. No shampoo, conditioner or body wash was available (although they warned us ahead of time by email). Also, we had to go the the front desk to borrow a hair dryer. Overall, too pricey for this.
Stayed three times, had three different bed types. Wish they could all be the same. Room 220 had the best beds.
The walls are so thin you could hear everything the guests next to you are saying. There is also no respect for quiet hours and no standard for cleaning. When I walked into the room it smelled like cigarettes and urine and there was dust and hair everywhe
