- A leaky AC unit dripped down the wall directly onto the electrical outlet below. We initially couldn’t figure out why the lamp plugged into that outlet wasn’t working — until we discovered the leak. At that point, we became concerned about the risk of electrical damage or even a potential fire.
- There was no hair dryer and the bed was too low.
- after one night the only guest, offered a 5% discount because I had to chance my room, but it looks like I didn’t get it

I loved the nostalgic vibe, really cute property. This is exactly the type of property I was looking for, it was quiet and clean and close to the things I wanted to do
It is a very sweet motel in a great location right near the main part of town of Joshua Tree and very close to the road leading to the park main entrance. Very cute retro motel style.

Love the location and proximity to shops, nostalgia vibe and ease of check in. Look for instructions!
My only "complaint" is that the shower was very small with an uneven floor and the provided dispensers for shampoo and conditioner were empty but I always bring my own anyway.
Clean. Unique. Had a fridge and toaster oven. Close to downtown Joshua Tree.
Maybe a television, but it didn't make a huge difference in my stay.
