Staff was amazing! Facility was very clean. Plenty of towels, very comfortable bedding and convenient location

Very noisy fan on the heating unit. Needs a vent fan in the bathroom. The TV remote was challenging.

Room location was not very good. May have been because reservation was made through third party. Hotel was not even close to half full.

Where we needed to be.

Mediocre room. Needs updates and for a two person room, a single armless chair was less than comfortable.

Overall, the hotel was nice, clean, and quiet.

The hot breakfast option in the morning. Stayed at HOLIDAY INN EXPRESS MONTEREY the previous Sunday. It did not have this option.

House keeping did not thouroly clean my room each day never vacuumed the whole time I was there and they had construction going on so construction dirt was track into the room!! even left some cleaning supplies in the bathroom maybe I was supposed to

First time stay. Clean, comfortable and quiet room. Friendly and helpful staff. Great continental breakfast. Just spent one night as we were on our way to Nevada but definitely would book a night or two again if we were spending some time in the area.
