Even though I got a smoking room, it was obvious that they washed the bedding with the same bedding as the smoking rooms smells like smoke the whole night

Quiet, very clean and comfortable rooms. Attentive and helpful staff. Great complementary breakfast. Excellent Location near to downtown. Despite being next to a heavily traffic road, the hotel was actually very quiet.

I would not have minded additional AC outlets near the beds.

The location was good, pool was nice and cool, loud children were so enjoyable too! parking was fun too, turning off the busy main highway to a very steep downgrade driveway, was like skiing on a black diamond run.

That it was 20 minutes from where I needed to be early in the morning. The pillows were very cozy, and the updates were nice and the provided toothbrush and paste was a nice touch.

Bathroom was not cleaned, towels had brown crusty substance hanging off them as if dropped in the mud, bed uncomfortable, tv didn?t work (even with following the instructions given), and no spare toilet paper

Price and office staff

There was empty shampoo bottle on floor between sink and shower. And breakfast stopped at 8 instead of 9.

The furniture is old and stained, toilet cap cracked, the hotel had an older run down feel. The continental breakfast was a joke, worst I?ve ever seen. No bagels, dry cheap bread for toast, Walmart yogurt and a waffle maker.?

The improvements made by Quality Inn company and the staff were surprisingly delightful

I would have preferred a ground floor room, but had not asked for it ahead of time. I use a cane and stairs are very hard for me.

Not sure why the hotel didnt get a higher rating. It's an older hotel, but it's clean and comfortable. Staff (or the owner) was nice and accommodating. We were traveling with motorcycle trailer and he let us park our trailer for the day while we were out.

Not necessarily what we don't like, but the entrance is steep is all.

Large room, wonderful staff, location was close to where I needed to go and the manager was kind enough to let me come back and change before my 6 1/2 hour drive home. Saved me from having to find a rest stop somewhere to change.

The Manager and staff were really great. We did have a problem with the sink, but the manager came over and fix the problem right away. We needed more towels and the manager brought out the towels in just a few minutes. Over all this was very Good!!

It's so quiet. Easy to get to. No problem parking. Beautiful pool. Nice people. Comparatively very reasonable rate.

Location was reasonably convenient. facility set back from the road made it fairly quiet.

It was very outdated, not very clean and the clientele were sketchy. Also, the window on the bathroom was on the walkway and the window was not very secure.

It was old school, but very clean and near all the places we were visiting. They even had new mattresses, and all the new technology; TV, Internet, etc.

Not really, was a very good 3-star.

The pool and room size

I think the hotel should have a high rating. The price was good for the stay.

The room smelled. The breakfast were bags of bagels. They had a cinnamon cake out and it was literally hard as a rock.

The Staff was very friendly and the Manager, was there to help us with directions to new places, gave us extra pillows and kept a good eye out for his guest.
