If you leave your trash in the room make sure you do not discard the local legalized substances. The hotel will charge you $250 and say you were partaking in the room. They go on the word of the cleaning staff.As if there are no smoke detectors. RACKET

Quiet stay and the separated room was perfect space for toddler to be able to still play and hang out in living area and couch.

It was old looking inside the rooms and not clean, also we went to this hotel to go in the pool and everyday we stayed we couldn¿t because there was so much tree shrubs and dirt in it

Hotel is pretty clean and up to date. Centrally located in Irvine and not far from the freeway. Front desk was very nice and gave a stuffed owl to my two year old boy to welcome him.

To other reviewers, stop complaining about 18 dollar parking in a covered garage that is safe and secure. It¿s not that big of a deal.

The room was very comfortable with a kitchen and swivel tv. Perfect for our family. The staff was super sweet and helpful!

I did not like the door on the bathroom. Also there are way too many protocols for check in!

In need of larger dining area

I love hyatt house. The staff is always great and breakfast is very good. Rooms are always clean and comfy. Beds and pillows are so comfortable. Handicapped parking in front and back. Hyatt house is my favorite place to stay.

check in lady wouldnt take my husband's credit card for incidentals because he wasnt there. My room had already been paid for with my credit card on the same account. The next day a different clerk told me all my husband had to do was send an email auth

Found out about the $75 pet fee after it was charged. Also $16 parking fee in an open lot. Felt like gouging.

Everything was clean. Great location to UCI and our dog was able to stay with us. (Fee) Felt very comfortable with leaving my dog in our room for several hours while attending a Graduation at UCI. Breakfast was wonderful and the staff was awesome.

My second time staying here. Location: there's an excellent nail salon within walking distance. History: down the street across the awesome shopping center is an old military hangar. Room: spacious and lovely with a full kitchen.
