I love the Staff did a great job. Staff in Valet is always on point.

I wish you could open the windows in the rooms.

We chose this hotel because they advertised having a bar and cafe on site. We did not realize that they would be open extremely limited hours, even closing earlier than the posted signs. We never were able to have a drink at the hotel.

The hotel's location is excellent for business travel; it's near the airport and close to a variety of restaurants and public meeting areas.

I stayed for four nights and my room was never cleaned, even though I asked for it to be cleaned. Also, the toilet paper, soaps, and tissues were never replenished. There is only one small drawer to put your clothes in; so bring an organized suitcase!

The location. The stuff we¿re however horrible. They were stuck up and rude and were VERY unhelpful

I did not like how poorly the front desk treated us. They were stuck up and acted like they¿re unwilling to help make our trip fun.They made it complicated and hard to check in and did not want to respond to any questions. Never coming back cuz of staff!

Quiet location despite being close to major streets. Good artisan Mexican restaurant on the grounds. My room was roomy, but not excessively large for a single person, which I liked.

Construction in the area made it hard for me (at first) to find parking.

$20 for parking in an empty parking garage in suburbia is pretty steep.

New, very modern, clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly. Pool area nice, workout facility excellent. It's Irvine, a great area to stay, close to everything in OC. The pet fee of $75 was very reasonable compared to other hotels.

I rated this place a 10 because it definitely is, but since it is brand new there are challenges​. The room and stairwell doors need to be worked on so they don't slam shut, it seemed loud, maybe I am not used to noise at all?

The rooms are clean and modern, loved it!
