Atrium Hotel Orange County

It was nice and clean and modern.

Treadmill in the gym was broken and was not fixed when I filed a request.

Room was not clean, staff acted bored, no amenities. One small soap, the size of a 1/2 dollar and 1 oz shampoo. The bathtub was child sized another 30” square.

Great location, close to airport, freeway, restaurants and shopping! Our room was real comfy and nicely decorated! Love the colors and carpet in the hallways!

Didn't expect to pay $28 for parking. Need more waste baskets in the room. Air conditioning is loud. Need to install a knob on the cabinet door for the refrigerator, impossible to open.

This is not hotel it is motel and looks like jail for one night they charge me $180 with parking Customer so mean !

Staff was kind and helpful.

The smell in our Hotel Room was awful at times. We slept with the sliding glass door open.

I could not get into my room the first time I tried. The key pad on the door did not work. Ultimately,it was frustrating.

Front desk staff, shuttle service

They have no microwave in the lobby and no fridge! Very expensive

Yes! Parking was $18 a night. It easily adds 20% to your room cost. Not even a simple continental breakfast, when we asked they handed us a menu for room service. A bargain is not always a bargain. Much rather spend $25 more and not be nickel and dimed

The best part of the hotel was the lobby and the outdoor pool area. The location was perfect-across from the airport.

Hotel undergoing remodel-changed room three times-elevators not working due to construction.Paint and construction smell throughout-lock on slider to balcony broken-,security lock on entry door was never repaired.Clock 75 min ahead-incomplete towel sets.

Clean and location

There was a smoke smell in the room. What I dislike the most was that they failed to arrange a ride for me. The night before, I was told the service is upon request (wait only 15mins) . Next morning, they told me I need to wait more than 30 mins!

It was right near the freeway for a quick overnight stop

Upon arriving we had to pay extra for parking which was not expected. We were given a double bed even though queens and kings were available. In general, property not up to standards for a 3-star hotel.

Staff was not courteous. No ironing board in room even though I had an iron. I asked for one and they said they didn't have any...really! Late check out not available unless I paid half the daily rate! I've stayed here many times. Very disappointed.

definately needs updating, and parking was $18 per car we had 2 of them and if i had known i would not have chosen this place
