Nothing. We really enjoyed our stay in the Irvine-Orange County Hampton Inn hotel.

Water pressure was horrible. Also is insane that a hotel charges for parking or as they said ?overnight? parking as if I booked a hotel for the day.. toilet paper is rough, hopefully they invest in a better one.

Hot, made to order breakfast was not as expected. There was no bacon, food not restocked in hot serving area, weekend line line with just 1 cook, and hours of breakfast on a weekend should go until 10:30 or 11 and start at 7:30. Sausage Tough & chewy.

The $24 parking was excessive. $10 maybe.

Please remove the ugly bathroom doors with rails. A closable door would do. The door.badly hurt my finger.and you can't keep the thing shut for privacy.

Staff was courteous and I liked the included breakfast.

There was a sliding door between the bathroom and the closet, so that when my guest was coming out of the bathroom, the door rammed into my toe while I was getting something out of the closet.

The staff (from the front-counter to the room keepers) was very friendly, knowledgeable, courteous, respectful, and very customer-focus and provided every guest that I witness them interact with Hilton's renowned VIP customer service.

I didn't like that the hotel charge $24 a day for parking; especially when you're still parking at your own risk! But hey it's tax happy California¿so that's to be expected.

Friendly staff. Like that it comes with free breakfast. Staff were very accommodating.

Breakfast was not good. Recommend using real eggs rather than egg beaters. Recommend waffles that are not flavored with vanilla and cinnamon . Recommend using a better brand of coffee. Coffee was undrinkable. Location far from anywhere you could walk to.

This was by far the cleanest hotel I have ever been in. The staff was great, and the continental breakfast was well received thank you to every employee there.

Rooms were small, that's about it.
