There is obviously some more works tours cleaning. The first room we stayed with the bathtub faucet falling , there were built-up around the faucets; shampoo bottles are not clean, the second room after we were switched is better . pool water is dirty.…

The ambiance is really cool. Its a vibe from the moment you walk in. The location on the Beach is awesome.

The staff was really friendly, from the valet Team, to the front desk. Good job on the customer service, that's really important and that staff is really awesome.

the hotel was dated and showed a lot of wear and tear. for the price i should have looked at an airbnb for my family. the description said ocean view but it really was more of a pool and side ocean view. we were disappointed parking was not included.

Dog friendly and location. We had a great view.

The cost of having a pet in the hotel. It was $150 added to my bill but I had no choice since I didn't have a dog sitter.

Pool area was over capacity. Staff would not let us in. We had to get on a wait list. We waited over 6 hours to be able to use the pool and that is only because we kept having to ask the staff if we could be allowed in.

Hotel is located perfectly near everything. Room was beautiful with decent view of ocean.

Room lock died so it was a slight inconvenience and bar closed early at the pool.

The view is amazing the rooms fantastic but the staff isn’t really all that not every helpful

The staff wasn’t helpful the parking a is 80$ an day 40$ for Valet parking an 39$ in fees like really milking your customers money

Closure of fire pits at night, pool not being open at 9am like stated on the signage.

The location was what was best. We had a nice view of the ocean and pool.

The whole reason we planned this trip was to be able to sit near the pool in our anniversary. We called before to make sure the pool was open and when we checked in the pool was closed for the rest of our stay. We were so upset our plans were ruined.

Front desk staff was overwhelmed and he told us that much. W w e a l   m f t m     We had to pay $40 for valet. It should’ve been included. The r was a little run down. It wasn’t bad but it sure did not equal t the $--- we paid

Very nice location, friendly staff and overall a very high end hotel.

Must pay for parking- same price to self park vs. valet. Ocean view is not the same as ocean front for anyone not familiar with those terms. Everything in the area is fairly expensive but then again if you are looking at this hotel you prob already know.

Could not get a piece of pie for desert on Thanksgiving! lol I'm vegetarian and did not purchase the turkey dinner and the pie was a package deal so they would not make an exception and allow me to purchase a piece of pie. It's kinda funny.
