I think the staff could have been alittle more friendly. They were very proffessional and attentive. A smile and a have a nice stay would only make this hotel shine. Everything else was great!

Only thing liked was the location,everything else was a piece of crap.

The price was too expensive,the room was smelly and small.

Ok where to start was very noisy do to the traffic room was not sound. Was uncomfortable with the room next store you can hear everything through the walls. Me and my wife both got bite up not sure but thinking bed bugs and my wife never gets bite.

It¿s a real ¿gem¿ The room are amazing clean a little dated but you can¿t beet the location and price I have stay at all the sea side hotel in Newport and Huntington over the years. The ocean view is a great place for a getaway. The owners are nice too

Being ask if I Smoke 5 time by the owner I sad no one should be enough But it¿s ok she is great.

Rude man at the desk kept us waiting in the office for a long while before actually coming to the desk. Once he did come to check us in, he had a horrible attitude. Will never stay at this location again.

Place is kinda dirty the towels weren’t clean and asking for more they make you come and get them yourself. Sheets didnt seem washed either was they also had stains.

The staff was friendly and provided good information in respect to the restaurants in the local area. Rooms were very clean and no-smoking smell.

Room was very dirty, staff was extremely rude, looked like the room had never been cleaned from previous guest. Would never stay there again.

The room was fairly clean although there was a t-shirt from a previous guest in a drawer. It was also cheap.

Noisy - close to PCH, but convenient to getting places.

A roach ran across the floor. When I spoke to the hotel people. They said. It not possible because they have a bug service. So instead of apologizing they just argued about it .

The location and cleanliness

just the hospitality wasn't there... I work in vegas at a resort and these people need a lot of training

Nothing besides its availability on a busy weekend that I couldn't find one elsewhere for ridiculous rates marked up for races in Long Beach .

Other than the fact it sits facing the noisy Pacific Coast highway with a view of condos across the street .(read no ocean view as named) and ups could deliver envelopes through the opening between the door and jam across the bottom, VERY LOUD!

Room was clean and well equipped. It was right across the street from the beach. Parking was free and easy.

It was easy to get to right off of PCH. And the location was pure beach town simplicity.

The staff was not the least bit accommodating. Hidden fees around every corner. Terrible old rooms with broken furniture. Blood stains on sheets. I will never get the money or my time back. Highly recommend avoiding this hotel.
