Hotel Europa

it was quiet and bedding was clean. Price was cheaper

carpet was old and stained. it needs some TLC

NOTHING No one at the front desk upon arrival Waited at least ten minutes for someone to show up. Tried to charge me for my Service Dog @ $50/day x two days Blatant violation of ADA regulations Required printed identification of dog's Service. A violation

Due to their ignorance & rudeness, I didn't stay at this establishment Convenient but not worth the aggravation. I will inform ADA office of the property's practices. I DO NOT recommend this property. There's more reputable lodging in the immediate area

I was worried because of reviews from last year, but it was clean, no bugs and had a mini refrig, microwave and a steamer. They also had a little welcome basket with coffee, Danishes, and water bottles. Better than what I expected for the price.

I would have liked it to be more themed. Some furniture could do with touch ups.

Liked nothing about hotel dirty, smelled of cigarettes smoke. We refused to stay accommodation were misrepresented.

Front desk was unattended had to return and call for assistance. Was refused first floor because we didn¿t have a dog. Room was old and dirty. We refused to stay.

The location was convient.

The Window in the shower would not close - it was uncomfortable knowing the window was no secured, even though it was a small window.

Clean, pretty room

The power went out 2-3 times during my stay

Room was big, so was the bed. Very quiet. Location was central to everything.

Bathroom shower was not the best water pressure. Saw a few "bugs" in bathroom. I notified staff.

location, price

front desk closed and locked after 10pm ...no real outside access after hours except front lobby. Considerable construction occurring

I enjoyed how modernized the room was and how great the location is. Near an entire outdoor mall area and the surrounding Europe-like environment as well was awesome. There was also plenty of parking and it¿s free.

Location

Shower did not drain (clogged) metal apron around bed is terrible

The cleanliness of the room. Closeness to our venue

Check out was between 8-11, but no one there to check us out at 8:00. Came back after breakfast, no problems. I¿m assuming they are not used to people checking out so early.
