No microwave 1970's box spring squeaked and rattled and the mattress was very worn down and uncomfortable

I did not stay at this hotel once the man at the front desk told me that people on drugs stay there and are constantly smashing TV¿s and kicking in doors.and he wanted a $50.0 cash deposit. I¿m a72 year old woman traveling alone. I did not feel safe.

I was inside the hotel lobby for about 10 minutes, I did not let him run my CC, left called customer service within 45-60 minutes of making my reservation they refused to refund to my CC. I¿ve Never been asked a cash deposit even in the most remote place

Great location, right across from the beach. It had a a surprisingly charming look to it. The hotel looked better in person than it did on the internet photos so I was expecting the worst but was pleasantly surprised. Staff was nice.

The only thing I did not like was the bed. We had two beds but they were both different sizes. The smaller bed squeeked and cracked sooooo loud with every minor movement so my poor sister said she had to sleep like a statue.

Rooms are old and dirty dirty ceiling were there have been leaks staf could be nicer. whole property needs to be updated .

The hotel was close to the beach.

The location was pretty sketchy. The floor was dirty. The shower water smelled horrible. No microwave. Bring cash for refundable deposit.

Had a moldy smell and the room we got booked was basically in the front office. Was woken up numerous times. Never would stay here again last time going cheap

The area was ok

It was a run down hotel,I would have had a better room at a motel 6, too expensive for what it was. Patch in ceiling,dirty grout, cigarette stain on bathroom sink

The location and price

It was a run down hotel that they¿ve painted to make it look like a nice one & the paint job wasn¿t even good. The cleanliness wasn¿t up to standards & the remote for the tv was not working and tried to fix it by getting new batteries & still didn¿t work.

The location gave us easy access to the beach and the bedding was comfortable.

I liked that it was near the ocean

We noticed it was kinda dirty especially the bathroom.Then we noticed roaches in the bathroom coming out from under the sink.We were only there for an hour and we had to leave.We talked to the manager about a refund but he refused.

The location

Some guy was looking for his lab top that he said was stolen out of Long Beach and pinged it to this hotel, made me feel rather cautious about the other people staying there and the safety of my property.

Close to ocean

Very noice, random people nocking the door. AC and refrigerator noisy like a factory 24/7. Smell not as clean. Servise not so welcoming. Window expose to stairs view and people could see through.

My experience was horrible at the 777 motel. I couldn't communicate with the service clerk, my TV didn't work, the ice machine was broken, the elevator was mal functioning. Over all, bad experience!

Everything was horrible. The service, the TV, ice machine, and elevator were not working. There was No coffee machine.

Quiet and close to Sunset Beach

The window glass in the bathroom was missing (had a screen only) and the weather was a little chilly. So that was the only issue. Contractors replacing tile in some of the rooms must have broken the glass. Newly renovated - nice room.

Room was decent sized

Outside facility was very dirty. Looks like they rent to long stay guests. Other hotel guests were sketchy

How close it was to the beach.

Their room was not like their picture on the website. There was no hot watering in the shower. We had to go to the front desk and tell them. They sent someone to fix it. It was a total inconvenience since we were ready for bed. Floor filthy!
