- The room was nice and clean. The young man that checked me in was very polite and helpful. Breakfast was also very delicious.

- Although we would have preferred to use onsite laundry service, it was not listed and we missed the opportunity to use it despite it being available. Also, the sink drain was not draining properly.
- When I ask for directions to the room I was instructed where the elevator was, I was in room 106. When I asked if the room location was quiet I was told yes, across the room was entrance to the pool, door slamming, noisy through wall, uncomfortable bed.

Shower great, bed comfy, clean
Kinda disappointing breakfast
The bed was incredibly uncomfortable. I was only able to sleep a few hours and my arms kept going numb.

I did not like that I was charged twice and have still been ignored about the situation

The grab bag breakfast was a bit chintsy.
Staff was not wearing mask when we checked in. The computer was also "down" so she asked us to wait 10 minutes while the computer rebooted. It wasn't the end of the world but when you're tired and it's past midnight all you want to do is check in and rest

The hotel was very clean and the staff worked hard to keep it that way. Rooms were excellent and quiet. The breakfast was excellent, with many options that were continually refilled

Water never got hot! Also my son left a toy in the room and 2 minutes after checking out I asked the front desk to get it and she said she would but when I came back hours later they had nothing.
