- William is a delight
- Covered and secure parking. Room is large and very clean. Comfortable
Cons -
- They did not clean rooms properly, and I was bitten repeatedly while there. Management never came to examine the issues, after they said the would. Overall lousy management and staff. I checked out and went to another hotel!!
- Being accused of smoking in room,when I have stayed there several times,and know the rules. They have a designated area for smoking outside the hotel,and was charged $200 on my debit card I'm going to protest.
- Rates changing. I wanted to book for an additional seven days. First night $--- plus $50 deposit. Ten dollars for parking out of the deposit. Next seven nights was $---. Loved the pool and free breakfast. Loved coffee station.
