Location was great!
This is a pretty hotel.
The walls between the rooms seemed to do a good job at preventing or miminizing sound transfer from another room. I could only hear people in the hallways. The staff at the front desk were courteous and seemed well-trained.

Cons -

The cleanliness of its rooms were questionable. I had to move rooms when i first got there due to it not being clean.
It needs to be updated. It has not been throughly cleaned and the room and hallways smelled funny. It doesn't smell fresh. There were stains on a couple of the towels and in the bathroom. The customer service wasn't up to par.
The snacks were very limited. There were no hygeine or OTC products available for purchase. The Bistro wasn't run very well. Most restaurants nearby closed at 9 and most were unknown. I found toenail clippings and coffee splattered on the wall.
