They have a variety of stuff available from Sausage and Eggs to Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwhiches, Boiled Eggs, Waffles and the usual cereal and muffins ?

It was a really bad experience

There is a lot of construction going on, but wouldn’t be so bad but our room started leaking. We didn’t know where the water was coming from. It could’ve been sewer water. We had to move rooms because we thought it smelled smoke cigarette smoke.

I just like the staff, very informative.

The bed was so noisy, the location too, the train always passed by. And wall is really thin.

The upgrades are very nice! The location is central and easy to find. The staff are wonderful, each and every one:)

The shower head was wonky and needs repair

The staff was outstanding, all were very courteous and professional. The breakfast attendant ( I did not get her name) :( was especially personable and very helpful. She keeps all foods vey well stocked and fresh. She also keeps the area spotless! The location is perfect for those that are there to spend time in the historic district and those that want to see the Winter Wonderland. It was an awesome accomodation!

Location was great, right downtown close to restaurants and stores. The town center park just a couple of blocks away, where they have a Winter Wonderland event happening with Ice Skating and a small carnival experience. The hotel is very clean, they are still doing some renovation, but I did not experience any noise or inconvenience. My room was a handicap accessible room on the ground floor which is what I requested. Everything in the room was very new and clean. I could park out in front of the hotel on the street.

While everything was pretty new as far as the furniture, shower, bed, floors, I found it functionally inferior. In the room, there is only 1 chair to sit in, and it is a desk chair on wheels. The floor is a hard surface so the chair moves around quite easily, but makes it dangerous if your not careful. If there is 2 people in the room, someone has to sit on the edge of the bed, or lay down on it. The heating and air-conditioning unit is a little loud, but worked well. The bathroom was large, roomy but lacked an adequate place to put your sundry items, very small vanity. The shower was nice and wheelchair accessible, but the floor got pretty wet. The breakfast room was nice, new, comfortable chairs. The breakfast itself was the typical continental type as expected, except I could not find cold drinking water in the eating area.

Staff were nice

- Not enough blankets on the bed- Housekeeping showed up and opened the door without knocking at 8:30 because they thought we were already checked out (we weren't)- Breakfast was out of coffee- Side door was locked during daylight hours and I spilled coffee on myself trying to open it

A breakfast was amazing. The owner even made accommodations for our team since we had to be out of the hotel before breakfast started his staffMade sure our kids were taken care of.

The property was under construction, but still everything was very clean. I believe they are renovating. It’s downtown.

It’s right next to train tracks. Not too loud as it did not pass directly next to me. Also they said breakfast ends at 10, but everything is put away by 9:30.

It's a good location, close to downtown. One wing is under construction but that was not an issue at all. On the contrary, we enjoyed that our side was recently remodeled and everything was working and fresh looking. Nice clean washers and driers. No noise from other rooms, very quiet. Very friendly and helpful staff. Spotlessly clean, spacious room. Good value.

One minor thing, otherwise totally happy. No fan in the bathroom we could have turned on.

The location was great and free parking is always a plus! The nightly cost was decent too

The front desk lady that checked me in was extremely miserable in her mannerisms and certainly was not happy to be working that night. I had put a special request for extra blankets and pillows when booking made. I called am of check in the make sure they were available as checking in later. Told at check in they were in room (which they weren’t) i was tired after a long shift at work bringing in luggage around what looked like vomit outside front door to the right (informed desk clerk who said she’d have someone clean it in am ?) she then handed me a pillow and blanket (less than requested) for me to carry thru hotel myself ?. Water temp from shower not that hot. Hotel on last night was extremely noisey late night noises from doors slamming and people running up hallways. Then to start back at 5.30am woke me up then 7.30am re-woke me up. ? the walls are very thin I now know why ear plugs were at bedside. I’m still waiting for my hotel receipt in my email which I requested at time of check out. I now need to call tomorrow to request it again. ? I attempted to have a cup of coffee and opened a creamer to use it was bad (dried and green) totally put me off wanting to risk more or eat any breakfast. Over all not impressed ?

Super nice people, my mom enjoyed the breakfast. The beds are comfortable. Close to restraunts & parks. Even though they are still under construction we had no problems.

My mom uses a electric wheel chair standard room are hard for her maneuver around so I would suggest asking for a handicap room. Especially if you have more medical equipment.

I liked that the staff was very accommodating to my request about checking in early and wanting the bottom floor. Excellent and very polite receptionist.
