Signature Hotel by Tachi

Rooms had both a refrigerator and microwave. Beds were very comfortable. There is a coffee pot, not just a coffee maker.

In room 318, the hairdryer did not work and the internet did not work. The elevator permit had expired several months ago.

Parking did not seem secure since there is no separation from empty field and lot next door. A simple fence would help.

The front cement walkway & entry carpet need cleaning. The room was dark, old, sad & overpriced. There are 3 HUGE unsightly metal containers in the parking lot. At the end of our stay, we discovered our room door wasn't locking! No breakfast of any kind.

Staff was moving furniture at 645am. Woke me up out of a dead sleep. I was quit pissed about it. Front desk was no help.

When we arrived to the hotel we were told the elevator was broken I have a 1 year old so carrying the baby the luggage up flights of stairs was no fun at all! My room door handle broke and was unable to exit my room!

We were there for a funeral. It was in a great location. Hotel staff was very nice and helpful.

The room was large and comfortable. I appreciated having a refrigerator and microwave oven in my room. I did not have breakfast at the hotel, but I appreciate that it was available to me.

The location is great, we came for the Renaissance Fair and it gave us an easy drive in, close access to the Mall, Shopping center across the other street! Easy and quick access to the Fair in the end, and staff was nice to mention great things nearby!
