Personable staff at the front desk and the reception time. Hotel employee solved my problem and I'm very grateful for her decision.

Clean, very helpful staff, good breakfast

The room was very nice. It had a balcony with chairs to enjoy the outside air and just relax. The room was very clean. Free breakfast was offered. We did not partake in that; however due to appointments.

Although the hotel was pet friendly, it was not made clear of the $60 fee I had to pay for my dog to stay with me one night. That seems a little high.

I thought is was way over-priced. The room was just a very typical configuration with a less than stellar bathroom.

The walls are paper thin, such that you can hear a normal conversation being had in adjacent rooms. The HVAC is noisy too, so whether you are using yours or not, you will also hear units in use from adjacent rooms.

Clean rooms, easy check-in, free drinks in the evenings

It had very clean bedrooms and they were comfortable. The Manager was amazing and gave my girls a space to have their dance lessons on zoom. All of the staff were extremely friendly except the breakfast lady who seemed put out. We just laughed about it.

The lighting was a little dim throughout, but I think it is meant to be that way with the Gold Rush theme. The bedrooms were bright and clean with lots of lighting.

The staff was always courteous and friendly.

I paid $10 cash for laundry service before I checked-out and my credit card has a pending charge of $10 for laundry service. I called the hotel and they said to call back if the charge goes through. I don't like being charged twice for the same thing.

The breakfast attendant was pretty grumpy and rude. I was staring at the pancake making station b/c I thought it was more complicated than it was & she was pretty rude and condescending when she said, “all you do is push the button.” Eyes rolling
