water kept running through the toilet bowl every hour, keeping me awake all night. A responsible staff would of comp. me on something for my troubles.

The easy check-in and check-out. The friendly staff. The location near the airport. The roof-top restaurant.

The hotel is a beautiful hotel, the entrance, the pool, the design of the room

I was given a room that had a view of the air conditioning unit and the panels around it. No view. Very disappointed.

I loved the beautiful rooftop area with the full bar, seating, firepit, heat lamps, and gorgeous view of the area, as well as the other patio area on the first floor that also had a firepit. I also loved that the minimart had a lot of options.

Friendly and accommodating staff and the cleanliness.

That the breakfast was not included. Very disappointing.

Nothing !! Especially the crap I paid for and didn¿t enjoy !! $--- and change for one night. I don¿t care what holiday or occasion it is, you overcharged and next time you won¿t be one of the hotels I will or even consider

Bad smell, horrible bed and dirty, shower and bathroom door won¿t close always stay open, and the shower door won¿t close either it¿s broken, can¿t close it all the way.

I really liked the fourth floor bistro/grill/bar

The window blinds did not work so I did not sleep well. Too bright.

I didn't like the bathroom door kept closing and being a male I had to hold the toilet seat up when I urinated

Late check-in went very well, but shockingly we were assigned to an uncleaned room twice! Finally got into a clean room with some odd skepticism by the staff. It was strange, very inconvenient & alarming during this current Covid pandemic.

Nice big bed

Room facing the freeway/alley. The rooftop bar being closed doesn’t justify the price of the hotel. Plus no room service or anything there’s just some snacks in the lobby. Even motels that are dirt cheap offer some free snacks and stuff in the morning

My son was injured in a bicycle accident and the hotel was kind enough to allow us to use their wheelchair for our entire stay. So accommodating and very helpful!  the front desk even looked up crutches for us to buy in his computer!

It was recently open, very modern and drought tolerant landscaping, the free breakfast buffet was excellent.

No fan in the small bathroom, mold starting to show on bottom of shower where tile and shower pan meet. Staff should know how to handle cash transactions and make adjustments without mgr if a mgr is not going to be there 24/7.

It was clean and centrally located.

Pricey! Pillows were flat, gave me a neck ache. I left my iPhone charger; I called the following day-Mon, again today-Tues since no one called back like they said they would. Still no word fr them! So disappointing! For $----/night I expect better service!

The front desk staff was amazing and even provided me the opportunity to check in early so that I could go spend the extra time with my daughter while she is at school. The front desk staff were friendly, helpful, and always smiling.

Located close to UCSB, shopping and restaurants in walking distance. Brand new, restaurant and bar on-site were great!

Breakfast not included like most restaurants in Santa Barbara.

I wish there was lighting on the balcony

Room was in excellent shape. Nice overall decor and decor for the holidays.
