The array and variety of seating available in the lobby. The lobby is located near the entry, but politely obscured from the entrance, providing a reasonable amount of privacy. There is bar seating, booth seating and chairs. This allowed us to gather.

My family experienced multiple bites during our stay, which occurred after occupying the room.

The location was perfect

I called the hotel a week before I arrived to make sure my room has 2 queens instead of 1 king because of the fact I'm bringing my partner with two of my children. Once I arrived they randomly said we are overly booked and all we have is a king.

Location is excellent, close to highway 101, great breakfast bar, gas stations/fast food nearby.

o drawers to put clothing in (biggest inconvenience) trash cans not emptied for days, no note pad to write by the telephone. Safety issue - bathroom light turns off while in the shower mid-way....should not happen at all.

I like how they keep coffee and teas in lobby all the time. Breakfast was great! The jacuzzi was relaxing and nice it¿s open 7am to 10pm. They had a great little gym. I loved that it¿s pet friendly.

The bathroom light kept shutting off when in shower which was annoying.

We had requested to have our room cleaned every other day and they didn't. When it was the fourth day and the room was still not cleaned at 5:00 p.m. on Sunday. The front desk acknowledged that they had not followed through. The room was immediately.

The staff was friendly.

The room pictured and therefore the room I booked/paid for was not the room I received, which made things very difficult for my handicapped mom. It was very disappointing. I will not be returning.

The location is central to freeway access and a short 10 min drive to Santa Barbara, but otherwise there is nothing much in the immediate area.

The room was nice and the bed was comfortable.

The light to exit almost never turns green, there was a black hair on one of my towels, and the people above us were moving around and being loud all night long.

The room is spacious and clean, and the temperature is well controlled.

Little convenience for guests: no free bottle water, no bathrobes, no slippers, no drawers, old beds, only shampoo and conditioner.

Although check out time was 12 pm, at 9.30 AM, the housekeeping knocked on the door, asking what time you are going to leave

Mixed reviews about the staff. 70% was extremely helpful and courteous. 30% of the staff was rude or not attentive.

We were celebrating our 6 year anniversary. Most hotels were expensive. Location is horrible, nothing but car dealers around it. Likely the staff directed me to great restaurants to drive by. Other than that nothing close by.

The room was spacious and very clean. Upon check-in, the clerk advised me of amenities that no longer are available in the room due to virus protection (cups, coffeemaker, etc.).
