looked like black mold on the walls. couldn’t change water pressure for shower. guests nextdoor screaming yelling had cops come. one employee had an attitude

Hotel staff friendly, plenty of parking available

We did not like the shower and the bathroom was very small

it was clean. it wasn't smelly. I loved the breakfast lady from Kazakhstan, she was very nice and inviting.

One of the ladies at the front desk gave me attitude and wasn't at the desk when i was waiting outside in the cold to get into my room. Her remarks were rude. Also the parking is insanely tight. Slightly overpriced, including the parking fee.

Location was good.

I booked a room with a jacuzzi online. When I arrived the hotel was sold out of this room! Why advertise it, super bait and switch. The AC didn't work so the room was stuffy.

Really nothing other than the bathroom. Our room was right next to the ice machine & drink dispenser. Also had to pay for parking at the motel.

Our room was dark - only overhead lights. Much of the wood in the room was sticky. I couldn¿t get the door open!!! Had to pay for parking which is ridiculous. Never will stay there again & very hesitant to stay at another Best Western again.

Pool was small and cold Extremely tight parking spaces, not enough room to park and get out of car. Pay to park

Very clean. I felt VERY SAFE, traveling alone. Very friendly Staff. I enjoyed the free breakfast.

Not the hotels fault, I thought I was closer to Burbank.

I¿m not sure, I expected a lot more for the price we paid. I would say I like the pillows best.

No parking, breakfast was not good, unprofessional staffs eating everywhere including front desk, hotel room was damaged and not up to date, room smells. I was not satisfied at all for the price we paid.

I may have missed it, but I do not recall any indication that they charge extra for parking in the Hotel lot ($ 9.00 per day). It was an unexpected charge, that I didn't remember seeing in the advertisements.

The woman at the front desk would not bend even a little about late check out. Even when I explained that our son with cancer sometimes has bouts where he can¿t move and needs rest just to get into the car. A little compassion goes a long way.

The area of town looks questionable, but the location itself it close to food and a great Italian restaurant. But the staff was very friendly and the room was nice and clean.

laminate floors and no disgusting carpets

the couch wasn't super clean. The top frame of the TV stand was sticky. The street noise wasn't great. The next door rooms can be heard through the paper thin walls.

good location in Glendale.. Fairly priced. The staff was excellent and very helpful.

The front desk gentlemen let us check in 50 minutes early for we were going to a 4:00pm wedding.....he was very understanding and extremely helpful....

The spa was not hot , just luke warm.....we went down for the continental breakfast Monday morning and it was cut off at 9am...... on the weekdays ? The day before it was cut off at 10am .....for the weekends ?.....There's a $9 a day charge to park ?

The area was petty quiet for the most part!

WOW this was way more expensive than I thought because of the parking fee of $18.00 per day for two cars so that added almost twenty dollars a day to the price!!! Never again!!!

Super noisy with nearby freeway

Felt very unsafe on last night of stay. Group of men hanging out near room. Called front desk to help with situation and have them leave. Staff unable to do so. Chose not to stay in room on last night. Very unsettling.

Good hot breakfast.Friwndly staff,daily housekeeping.

Hot tub not working all the time.
