Breakfast was sumptuous and very generous. Checking in was smooth. Staff were friendly. Bed was very soft and cozy. Room was so spacious.

The hotel is doing some renovations during this time. Faint smell of paint can be smelled in the room but it went away when with air circulation.

Convenience of checking in

I do not recommend this hotel. The breakfast was poor quality, and the staff were unpleasant. I experienced water shutoffs, received dirty towels multiple times, and the room wasn’t set up for the number of guests on the reservation. Requests for basic items felt like an inconvenience to staff, and reporting issues didn’t lead to improvements.There were also safety concerns, including a broken exterior door, only one elevator worked so staff rode it with you moving big items for cleaning slowing down you getting to and from your room, and flooding on the first floor that forced guests to walk through water or around the building at night. Staff was not courteous especially especially at breakfast. Very disappointing to be served Chicken carnitas one day and pork carnitas another and tater tots we would have preferred real breakfast options as advertised.Overall, my stay was disappointing and unsafe.

The property was beautiful inside and out and the employees were very nice and accommodating. Even the construction workers were pleasant and friendly. I love that it is a dog/cat friendly hotel! The pool and jacuzzi were an added bonus as well as breakfast each morning.

There were only a few shortcomings. The toilet paper was cheap and not up to standard. Not enough silverware and dishes for 4-6 guests and not enough bath towels for 4-6 guests. (There were 5 of us)
