Fairly clean, good rates.

Needs maintenance. 1st room toilet would not flush. 2nd room shower valve handle fell off after two repair attempts. It's obvious the cartridge requires replacement. Probably too advanced for the young staff.

The hotel is very clean.Most basic amneties are provided.The staffs are very friendly and prompt to help.General Manager Flores made extra effort to provide us the room we wanted next to each other.

There is a swiming pool but no hot spa. It would have been nice to relax in a hot tub.

Welcoming staff. Holiday festive decor. Music at elevators on each floor. White paper sacks to carry breakfast eats for early departures guests.

The bathroom in 301 could use a cloths hang hook or two.

The echo caused by the flooring throughout the hotel. It was nice , but the door slams can be heard tfrom far way.

I asked a few times Could a supervisor hire up ! Or owner since he pops up at hotel if I could talk to them in person or before I leave hotel I didn't even receive a phone call so unprofessional how was treated six keys to room didn't work !

Instead the day before I left I received a threatened email I want the owner to look at cameras Also they make me late for my birthday event I asked politely there's only one charger working Could you please move your car she told me know then lied

Great interior.... fairly new just one yr old. Accommodations in room very nice. Lights are one sensors so a little weird because they are self regulated.

Front office staff was new.... very scattered and trying very hard to be attentive but left front desk for extended times for other duties. No one there to help out and had to wait. Came back then left again.Nice to have a restaurant/bar..but noisy.

Modern room and lobby. Amenities are great. Everything you will need.

The hotel is right next to a freeway, so if you¿re a light sleeper it might be a problem. Bring earplugs.

I think they need to have a good breakfast or maybe a different more like scramble eggs and more

The young lady who checked us in was amazing. She was alone and had everything handled very well. From checking in to helping guests at the bar. Wish I could remember her name.

Friendly and professional staff very helpful. Clean rooms, comfortable beds- big bathroom.

The manager was wonderful. There was some confusion on a 3rd party booking and me needing a bottom floor. She upgraded me for free. I appreciated her extra efforts!

We enjoyed the stop over in this hotel. It was nice and clead with comfortable rooms. The breakfast was tasty. We went to a Mediterranean restaurant 5 minutes away and it was best Mediterranean food ever!

Pillows were a little hard

Indoor pool. Felt upscale for the price. Good breakfast. Free parking.

Very clean and decorated for Halloween. Enjoyed the breakfast

It has a great atmosphere. I liked the bar was in the lobby,tables and chairs. The openess felt warm and inviting.
