food each morning was different

It was two queens. It would have been nice to have two light stands for each bed that way one person could sleep and the other read.

It took 20 minutes to check in. Front desk agent was not up front. I had to search for her. She had a difficult time locating my reservation and when she printed out the form to sign it was a different guest name. Very poor service.

The cleanliness

I specifically rented this space for the pool and hot tub. They drained the pool on memorial day ??? Very odd.

Quiet countryside location, but easy access to highway. Perfect for travelers!

Smoking area outside was very close to our rooms. Unpleasant for unloading the car. ¿¿

Good location for sleeping sound ammenetties were a big plus.

The room needs touch up by hand towel wreck and shower handle is loose water leaks. On shower run.

It was the location near the National Park.

The hotel was old and dated. There was a lot of loud people staying there. We called the front desk and they did nothing.

I did not like that water was offered to some patrons and not everyone. It was a HOT day. The staff showed special treatment to some and not all. Very disconcerting.

The pool area was accessible from a separate entrance than the main hotel, which made it feel more secluded. The hot tub felt great and heated pool was awesome after a long day. The pool hours state they are open until 11pm, 9pm if under 21. Clean Rooms!

We had our room on the first floor so it didn't bother us, but if you have a lot of luggage etc you may want to request a first floor room, otherwise you have to go up the stairs, I did not see an elevator, but I also didn't look for one.

The room was clean and the best was comfortable. The breakfast was OK.

Very expensive for a 2.5 star hotel, but I guess it's the location near Redwoods National Park that makes it desirable. For that price, I expect a nicer environment and better amenities.

Lady who checked us in was very nice and it was a very easy check in.

The bathroom door not had some nasty dry stuff on it and the people in the room next to us were partying and banging on the walls all night

I payed extra for a jucuzzi suite and the juccuzi faucet ended up breaking once I tried to turn the water on and the water sprayed all over my bedding, carseat, and luggage. It took the hotel maitnance 35 min to reapond leaving me and my belingings soaked

I want a refund it ruined my ---$ infant carseat and ruined my stay and then the laundry was broken so I couldn't wash my things before I left. It was ridiculous. No one offered a discount or my money back.

It was to dark around the pool fences. Needs more light on the walkway.

It was a beautiful hotel, there were kids playing in the pool and it had a great location. Room was spotless!

We have a dog that¿s weird around strangers so it made it hard to get him out to potty because it was so packed but that isn¿t their fault lol.

The staff was amazing and the rooms were clean, I work for a cleaning company and I was impressed to see hotel staff actually even taking down cobwebs on the front doors and also all of the baseboards are even periodically wiped down. Very clean thank you

Well appointed room, setting and amenities. Grounds are meticulously maintained, staff is friendly, and the manner of serving breakfast was Efficient and safe. This Best Western is a new favorite for us!

Mostly clean. Very nice breakfast. Near a decent restaurant and in a pretty part of Fortuna.

It just misses. My probiotic drink was ruined because the fridge is kept off, and the sign telling me was in a place I could not see. There was body wash in the shampoo dispenser. The coffee maker makes coffee flavored water. Plants in pool need to go.
