Easy access, friendly staff, great value so long as price does not increase. Room was comfortable and clean. Linens were updated, TV and fridge worked. Fridge has a separate freezer section kept my ice packs frozen for trip home. Grocery & food close by.
The room was in need of minor maintenance. We took a photograph and informed the staff of some minor drywall damage for which we were not responsible, so they didnÂ¿t charge us for it.

Older motel, walls a bit thin and you can hear guests next door but thankfully not late into the night.
Breakfast was limited. I understand that itÂ¿s very difficult to serve breakfast when you donÂ¿t have an industrial kitchen. TheyÂ¿re morning food offerings consisted of bread, cereal, juice and coffee. They should advertise clearly what they offer.

The location is excellent and the grass area is great especially if you have a dog. Cynthia was very kind and works diligently to keep the gardens watered and growing.

The rooms need a total renovation, dark carpet, bed spread is old and the bed itself was not comfortable. Base boards all need fixed and paint would be a plus, along with new light fixtures. There was also a dirty towel hanging, leftover food from others.
