About 5 blocks from Old Town area. Good nearby restaurants and Lost Coast brew pub.

Dogs. Had a barking dog next door. Asked if there were any pet free rooms... no.

Parking was easily accessible. Very spacious room!

Shower was a little slippery

What a lovely place. Old and charming but updated to give us comfort The breakfast was so good and fresh

Everything was great: friendly service, rooms and spaces with character (but modern), wonderful breakfast, comfortable bed, and nice soaps and provisions. Great recommendations on travel routes and lunch spots. Cannot beat this in Eureka, especially at the price. Bravo!

Comfortable, location, breakfast, friendly staff.

Some concern about my car.

Quaint and super chic with great staff, bar and restaurant. Only drawback is out at alley there are too many shady characters.

Everyone on the staff was super friendly.. Our room was really comfortable, and the breakfast was amazing! ( Very fresh and lots of variety). Plus the location was very convenient.

Can’t think of a thing..

The grand suite corner room was an unexpected delight, spacious and extremely comfortable. Top-notch linens, loved the basket of goodies, double headed shower, (didn’t use the Jacuzzi tub), and very quiet. Didn’t have dinner here, but there is a great bar and bartender, also breakfast was excellent. Nice area for a short walk in the historical part of town, walked to dinner (sadly, they were out of oysters), 2 EV chargers, and lots of information about the surrounding area and attractions. Knowledgeable, professional and friendly staff.

That we could only stay for one night!

This hotel is amazing. Beautiful reception area with an amazing breakfast offering. Eggs, chia overnight oats, banana bread etc. - it was all delicious.Options to buy chocolate in the room were great, given it was a good price and good chocolate to enjoy. Complimentary wine for our visit in the room at the end of the day was a nice touch!The staff was very friendly. Nearby, you have the downtown area with beautiful architecture.

Could be a bit noisy when other rooms shower but that was really not a big deal at all.

We enjoyed the charm of the inn for the same price as the chain hotels. Front desk staff was very friendly and had excellent restaurant recommendations for us. Complimentary wine in the evening and good breakfast in the morning for the same price as a non breakfast chain hotel.

There is nothing negative to say.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Room beautiful and very clean. Great location to town and easy access to bars and restaurants in the old town. The free welcome drink in the pretty bar area and breakfast a great touch. Plus no extra cost to park the car.

Homeless people nearby, but what's new.

This is an adorable property, in a town that you would not expect excellent lodging. He did not have my reservation when I checked in, but Ian made sure we got a room and he even upgraded us. The room was lovely, spacious and comfortable. I highly recommend this place a very enjoyable stay. The breakfast was wonderful.

Awful, stay away yuk

All. It was awful, and disgusting. Dirty. Sheets were definitely not changed after the previous guests. Bed looked like someone slept a week in. Also hairs on pillow . Gray color sheets and towels . Towels looked so disgusting we didn’t dare even shower. If it wasn’t late we would have just left and jot stay. I asked for new linens. A guy comes and hands us a pile of sheets. I ask: do i have to make the bed?! He said well i am the bartender. So they don’t have a housekeeper?’. Ok i made the bed myself. Couldn’t wait to get morning so we can run away. We wanted to try breakfast as nothing was open with coffee in this sad town. Breakfast room was dirty too and the buffet a bunch of empty plates. We left without eating.

The location is great to hear the ocean outside your window, and there are a lot of great accommodations and options for guests to have a glass of wine or tea, complimentary breakfast and snacks in the room.

The room was delightful, but the bed and mattress were extremely hard.

Charming building, locally owned (not a chain). Good breakfast, a significant step up from the usual continental breakfast offerings at other hotels.

Low quality mattress. I could feel the metal springs. Window blind and windows were dirty, curtain rod rusted. Overall, the room needed a refresh.

Breakfast was great...they also do chocolate chip cookies and a complimentary glass of wine or beer . The location was great staff friendly...my only sadness was we stayed in the building with the restraunt which wasn't as cool looking or Victorian as the one in the picture. The room was clean but nothing special about decor and the bed was uncomfortable.
