Comfort Inn Humboldt Bay

Price and free breakfast. Inside door entry for security.

Looks dated and has poor lighting in room. Did not have a connecting hallway from rooms to the breakfast area. Had to go outside and then back through the front entrance.

Just the location.

The corridor smelled really bad, stuffy and a weird odor.

Quiet. It was clean and had cozy beds and pillows.

Did not like that I couldn’t keep the fan on all night without heating or ac. The breakfast area is tiny and needs to be bigger to accommodate all the people staying at the hotel. It was cramped and walking shoulder to shoulder.

Jacuzzi tub and the fine piece of xyz I got while I was there. Also breakfast was pretty good

The one staff member who cancelled 2 of my reservations leaving us with no place to sleep. That little girl should have the same thing done to her like 10 times , she will lie if it makes her look better or when she gets scared? Idc tho

The lobby and rooms were seperate from each other, and the hotel was kinda out of the way a bit.

Breakfast place is so small. No place even to sit. Selection of food small. I know. Since I spend half time living in motels.

Expensive for what you get.

The walls & ceiling was thin, we could hear everything happening in the room above & next to our room, even water running & any walking across the floor

Very friendly and helpful desk attendant and was in a good location.

The queen beds were not comfortable and made a noise every time I moved. Although the beds had plenty of pillows to choose from, it would have been good to have had an additional blanket.

The hotel is great and in a convenient location. Front desk personal are very kind and welcoming. I believe it was hotel employee who checked us in. Very nice personality.

Clean rooms, good breakfast, friendly and helpful staff. Stayed several nights, would stay again. Felt safe.

You have to exit the room hallway into parking lot to re-enter front desk/breakfast area... minor, but inconvenient when it is raining.

The gentleman who checked us in was friendly and courteous. The room and hotel met all our expectations. We will definitely book here again.

There's only one entrance/exit into the hotel parking lot which is very narrow. Not recommended for large trucks or anyone hauling anything.

Convenient location.

The hotel was quite dated with drab carpeting, dark hallway and old fixtures.

Smelled like marijuana and tabacco. Carpet was sticky. Not enough towels and bathroom floor was dirty and stained.

The staff was extremely rude at check-in. We arrived after 11 pm and there was one person behind a window. He was extremely rude when we asked him for basic directions to the room. The morning breakfast was basic. The hotel room was very uncomfortable.

The location was great and the breakfast. A girl was working the front desk was great. Super friendly.

The beds were so hard it felt like you were laying on a box spring. Just a night of tossing and turning.

Desk manager locked the lobby door and would not allow guests to get coffee available until 6am (lobby/breakfast room not accessible from the building with the guest rooms).
