The 3 queen beds were in a large room, clean

The room was large but no closet, only 2 large hooks. no hangers, only 1 place to set small suitcase. Love seat and 1 desk chair. Bathroom small if you used room for 6 people. Nothing supplied in kitchenette, no chairs for dining table.

Location and size of the room.

Parking was sparse.

Room was clean, bed was fine

Rented because they allow pets, clerk hassled me at check in because we had dogs with us. Said we should have given advance notice. Hotel was very noisy, loud conversations in the hall at 2am. Elevator, stairs, hallway kinda dirty. (Room was clean).

I liked that I could walk and feel safe area

The front staff were not friendly they didn't get coffee out until 7:30 in the morning and there choices for a grab and go were poor they also didn't get put out untill late

Best thing about our room was that it had zero fragrances or odors, and that it was spacious, with a giant painting of ocean waves and otherwise minimalist decor. It was a restful place to spend the night, which also felt clean, without being perfumed.

The sink was clogged. Not a big deal, though. Would recommend switching to a hypoallergenic laundry detergent.

Room was decent and clean!

Had to be on 3rd floor. Location was sketchy and I didn¿t feel safe. A hot Breakfast was advertised, but it was a grab and go. Used the excuse of Covid. When checking out the guy wouldn¿t come out and only spoke to me on the intercom.

They were accommodating

Thin walls the room next door kept me awake for several hours.

Friendly and informative staff member. There's a Denny's that's a half block away. Hotel was clean and secure. Near historic downtown.

The price and room is ok, and the security is good

Not very clean, the weather is wet. So I got an itch when I was sleeping, also my hand was bitten twice, very itch

The location is depressing on Broadway, route 101 north. Eureka appears more economically depressed with business closures.

No breakfast...I would have chosen a similar priced hotel for the breakfast. Downtown location was problematic with homeless, but not dangerous. Parking was like playing Tetris.

Right on the 101 and easy walking distance to a running path and several places to eat.

This is in a downtown area with sketchy people and lots of homeless. All along the running path. Made it scary to leave the hotel, especially after dark.

Beds seemed clean, price was decent.

Towels that were supposed to be clean had long black hair in them. No free breakfast was provided.

good location, convenient to restaurants and supermarket.

Breakfast not provided as promised due to Covid 19, instead only a 20%off coupon of Denny's. Could have at least provided an on-the-go pack as many other hotels do.

I paid top dollar and it¿s a old run down Hotel with no parking. I could off paid cheaper for other hotel there and it¿s a much better hotel and newer. Would never get hotel from this again.

Fire Department located right next to our room. First night awakened four times in middle of night. No cleaning of our room and making the bed one day of our stay. No continental breakfast as advertised because of Covid. Front outside steps very dirty.

I like that the atmosphere was fairly updated. We had new towels and carpet was new.. the hotel on the outside looked appealing .I would go there again.knowing it offers a gym and breakfast made it more apple along and felt I like I got a good deal !

The hallway carpets were not vacuumed
