What Guests Loved
Based on 209 reviews
Pros +
- Very clean, ready to use, the staff were kind and accommodating, much easier this time to get hot water and utensils for our soup this year than last year.
- Reception was welcoming. Cozy, convenient, terrific heaters.
Cons -
- The light switch for the lamp/light in the room did not seem to work, so we had to walk over and turn it on/off, but not a huge big deal.
- The waiter did not honor the free coffee at the restaurant and did not provide a detailed receipt for food until after payment. This indicates unethical practices and was displeasing.
