No was at the front desk to greet us for 10-25 minutes highly unusual

Location to destination

$40 unsecured parking. View of graffiti and train tracks, water pressure. Coffee maker. Coffee mugs that never get washed.

Room AC not working at all.

There was an non life threatening emergency on same Floor in another room, at night Floor. Hotel staff did not bother to check on guests or ask if we are safe or need to shift to different room. Sirens kept on going out.

Mattress and beddings are comfortable

Room walls do not proof sound at all. Noisy in the morning

Guests extremely loud (adult noises) not children appropriate

The thing I love the most about the hotel is that it?s in walking distance to shopping eating. Everything is well lit. It?s a nice quiet area.

I did have to call them and ask for another comforter cause when I had my light on and I had the comforter up it looked dirty, but they gave me some new comforters.

Very clean and convenient location. Breakfast was excellent.

Did not like the parking situation. Very small parking lot and inconvenient walk from the parking garage. Also was disappointed that we weee charged extra for parking. Restroom door was a not optimal. Able to see through it and very hard to lock and open.

The (free) breakfast was nice, the staff were kind, the location is great, and the bed was super soft.

My room wasn't dirty but the bathroom could have been a little cleaner.

Far for older adults to walk to get affordable meal

Three staff were very polite and attentive when talked to them about an issue with next room.

It was taken care of but next room was having a. Party and didn?t care about other people. Glad was only one night

The room was great, with a couch, desk and comfy bed. The location is also very good. In a part of town that can feel uncomfortable, this area felt safe to park and walk around.

Staff members were friendly and helpful. The room was clean, nicely appointed, well decorated. The bed was comfortable; the couch was too low and too soft.

The location if difficult to reach, with confusing freeway interchanges, E.G., the "MacArthur Maze" has that title for a reason.

The view was everything to hear the excitement from the teenagers voices of the view of the city I said to self misson complete the check in and check out staff were also amazing. I cannot forget about the robot that brings things you requested so cool

Breakfast was mediocre. Coffee was only offered during breakfast and it was not good.

Train runs right by hotel- and drains in shower and sink did not drain very well

My room was next to the train tracks. The staff never mention anything about cost of parking until at checkout. They didn¿t mention that there was no room service until I call back to check in my food and told me I had to come pick it up. Just bad exp

Got in late so the car park was full. I just left it in a handicap spot right by the elevator. Thought that was better than blocking the EV spots. I¿m sure the hotel staff has better idea, but the girl probably didn¿t hear me correctly when I told her.

Parking full had to park a block away and they still charged
