Housekeeping did not come for days and I had to chase them down for towels and to get the trash

Breakfast and Gym

The room service ladies stole from me on 3 different occasions.

Clean, recently renovated rooms, literally across the tracks from the railway station for easy access to the California Zephyr.

Location. Across from amtrak station easily walkable there was a bum in the elevator on the bridge walkway but that's not hotes fault. Beds were n8ce

The smell. It smelled like a low end apartment. Showing signs of wear on carpet

The staff was extremely helpful and welcoming

My room had a huge leak from the rain! The water was dripping on the electrical cords and started sparking. My 2 year old seen it and screamed for me. If it wasn't for him, we could have been hurt extremely bad

The staff are attentive and the cleaning crew are amazing. They check on you constantly, and keep your room stocked. Galley is a bit expensive, but well stocked. Free breakfast is great, but dinner is constantly closed so find food very close by, delive

Lack of dinner.

I liked the kitchenette and shower was amazing

The couch was uncomfortable

The hotel is very clean and up to date. They dont charge for parking, which is a plus.

The front desk clerk at check in on the night of December 22nd was deplorable . VERY hostile to the point that we felt she intentionally hit us multiple times with the automated door from her desk. No hospitality, RUDE ! as was the early morning clerk.

Breakfast, walk to the amtrak station

We got the bedroom suite, the sofa was stinky.

Free breakfast is tasty

Room 208 was filthy. Curtains stained with dirt and black scuff marks. Crumbs in sheets when i pulled out sofa bed. Ottomans stained with sticky scum. Had to wipe down with clorox wipes. Bathroom had red splatter on floor. Toilets were not sparkling clean

All the extra fees that included (parking, late check out fees) The customer service at the front desk was not welcoming or helpful. Daughter was really sick and the front desk lady was very rude and didn¿t care that I needed assistance bringing stuff

The ease of on/off freeway. Comes with free breakfast.

I like when the bed side lamps have USB ports to charge my phone.

I stay in a lot of hotels and I usually can't wait to leave. But this room was by far THE BEST hotel room I've ever stayed in. Every little thing was well thought out. Plenty of chargers, lighting, seating, etc. Just the details... it was awesome!

The staff was always friendly at the front desk, and when I needed something they responded quickly. The location is fantastic! Walking distance to food, shops and movies, let alone the freeway! Excellent!

First: Although the rooms were clean, the beds and pull out was so terrible to sleep on. The pullout slinked in the middle so had to sleep close to the end by the bar. The couch was very uncomfortable to sit on it just didn't have the comfort at all!

You hear train horn from the train tracks behind hotel, but it wouldn't stop me from staying there again.

Location near Amtrak station, food delivery restaurants, noise control windows.

When we arrived there was food in the refrigerator from previous guests, coins in the carpet, orange mold around the tub in one corner.

The Bay view with an upper floor room and balcony was spectacular and a real treat for a Midwest family. The modern kitchen was a huge perk. We appreciated the cleanliness and comfort of our room. Thank you for a delicious breakfast each morning!

The location. The size of the room was great and the staff was really friendly!

The Chromecast was kinda shotty and would shut off mid tv shows..

I enjoyed the location and the privacy offered. I had a lovely stay at the hotel.

The only thing I didn’t like about this hotel was being called multiple times by the front desk staff asking me and pressuring me about checking out. I felt it was very rude, inconsiderate, and disrespectful on the last day of my stay at the hotel.
