Aqua Inn Motel

It was close to some grocery stores and eateries.

This motel is roach infested. Our bed sheets had blood on them which irritated my skin. Housekeeping is more interested in seeing what is inside your room then cleaning your room.

They were rude noisy the room was dirty. It smelled the fire alarm went off. When I turned on the heater they had went into my room without any permission. The linen was dirty, and felt more like a homeless shelter, then a hotel that I paid for.

no soap, no shampoo, towels are worn and stiffed.. no iron, no blow dryer..

Thea’s/heater didn’t work, they gave us a room on 2nd floor making my 80 yr old mom walk up steps, no clothes hangers, towels looked dirty, grout lines are dirty, the caulking around sink base and toilet are excessively messy, extra drilled holes in tile for shower rod like they didn’t get it right height, the tile around shower head is cut excessively big and they had tape to cover the hole. I observed a IUD (yah birth control thing) in the parking lot, 2 chipped spots on porcelain of the bathtub. ON OUR LAST FULL DAY while we were out they cleaned the room, which was ok to do but not necessary BUT THEY LEFT THE DOOR OPEN and our belongings were totally visible. I called the desk: he asked if anything was missing and when it wasn’t he said then everything is ok then. There was something on the bathroom door, looked like a huge snot burger or a flymmm coughed up chunk, this is my 2nd photo.

The hotel was clean and comfortable glad the heater was functioning because I was a bit sick. The hotel is located in a great spot near several eateries and buses.

The hotel served its purpose being that I needed to rest was feeling really sick.

Just the location

The room stank of weed, the bathroom didn’t seem clean. There’s a train passing by at 5 a.m. honking its horn loudly, whether you’re sleeping soundly or not; you’ll wake up to the loud noise.

How near it was to my intended destination for the weekend.

It was pretty dirty. Room had a bad smell as the door opened. AC filter was extremely dirty. Same as the hangers and top sheet on beds.

The motel is a little run down but the beds are clean good TV. Channels, spacious and quiet , the rooms are for the most part clean , not cleaned well , buti I've seen worse. "Rowland heights Ca. " Towels they could use new towels. And fix up the damAge in rooms a little better, could use a luggage rack dresser drawers, and a body mirror in rooms but that would fall on the owners of property not the staff. The manager is super nice but don't get it twisted all business. ! I would definitely go back , they have a $20.00 deposit. Fyi.

How the motel would be really nice if the property owners invested more $ in them and cared really , and probably re-train the house keeper or higher a few good ones.

Where do I start.The door to the room didn't look safe at all. The lock looked like had been tamper with. The door all scuff up. When we enter the room had a bad smell, hot and gang graffiti on the door jams. The bathroom was dirty. Piubick hair in the sink, and tub. I had to leave.

Never got my deposit back. Left the room clean. The towels and sheets were dirty.

The staff was polite and friendly, close by shopping centers and walking distance as well

Very loud and noisy, people yelling at night and was not able to sleep comfortably, also not many trash and near by nearest dumpster is quite a walk if your room is far, only one small trash can was available inside the room

The room was dirty.

The room was dirty. We found cigarettes on the floor and the room smelled like it. The towels were dirty they had yellow spots on it so we didn’t use them (fortunately we had our own).

Cockroach infestation and filthy

Cockroach on the bed as soon as we walked in. Sheets were dirty and stained, rooms were disgusting and filthy like they never clean. There was a huge gap in the walls where bugs can easily get in. I had to leave immediately. Worst part is the property did not approve my refund and it’s been a headache.
