Hotel employee was on the night shift and I must say, the best hospitality I have had in years! She was naturally happy to help and wasn't just doing her job, she was enjoying it. When she wasn't helping she Was cleaning. Absolutely the best

It was out of their control but pool was closed so we were a lil bit disappointed but understood.

Extremely professional as well as personable. The breakfast was complete and variety was a surprise!

The room we had was next to the exercise room. The slamming of that door was disturbing. All self closing doors should shut quietly, yet securely. Of the proposed 3 night stay, I only stayed 2 nights as this was unacceptable.

The hot tub was not hot, but cold when we first turned it on 45 minutes later lukewarm. On checkout, was apologized to! Never heard of hot tub having to be heated up. Also room was across from ice machine and was in use from 4:30-6:30am.

I loved the air conditioner to keep my family cool when outside was 118 degrees!

There was a bug on the curtain, a red stain on the floor in the bedroom and the couch bed was stained yellow not useable

Clean room and close to all I needed. Breakfast was good.

I did have an issue on the last day and night. Hotel was out of water the last night I stayed,manager couldn't do anything about it, discount etc. No hot water the following morning before departed for airport which was disappointing. Cold shower!

The front desk staff were friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good and had a nice variety. I would happily stay here again.

Light switches on the wall did not turn on lamps. No tissues in the room. Not up to standard for the price. Room needs to be updated, furniture and carpets.

It look and sound old front desk told me the room was going to be cleaned very other day. NEVER happen room smelled like food and wet towels. And I had to be inconvenienced by having to go back downstairs to front desk to get fresh towels.

The location was great. The pool and hot tub were in good working order.

The room was clean for the most part, however there were a couple dozen pieces of hair on the inside bottom of the bathroom door. It looked like pet hair, although it was supposed to have been a pet-free room.

I did not like that there was no coffee to make in the room, only tea.

No comfortable chairs in the room, just two dining room type at the desk. Plenty of room for an arm chair and/or office type.

The bed in one of the rooms was broke which we had to switch rooms that wasn't any better the paint on the walls in bathroom were pealing off very ugly. Not to happy about that. The suites are alot better!
