- Staff was rude, lied and unhelpful. I was guarenteed a downstairs room with 2 beds. They gave me an upstairs room with 1 bed,,,I am CLEARLY disabled with parkinsons...I did not arrive late...they di not care,,,I barely made it up the stairs...
- Room smells like old towels, roaches were everywhere, AC unit was loud, staff was rude, you can feel the springs on the mattress, sheets caused me rash.
- They haven't return my deposit it's been two business days
