Nothing was dirty run down we could to even get clean towels

Will never stay here agin was dirty door looked like it was kicked in would not shut right trash was left outside our door no clean towels bad experience over all

I only book 2 day

3rd floor and handicap and I do not like elevators

i booked the wrong date tried to change it no answer from the hotel

I was day early I scheduled wrong so I left to return next day. I never returned due to dinner engagements with friends. I ended up with food poisoning going home the next day. I did call hotel explained what happened enabling room to be released.

I couldn?t find it, had to call hotel for directions. It was so close but very hard to locate very SMALL building once located, was to dark too many bushes. I didn?t feel comfortable. Had to give room rating to exit survey when not seeing it.

Staff were taking care of a stray cat.

Where do we begin?! For starters, they put us in a room that still had damp carpets from shampooing which caused the room to be extremely humid and created a malodor. They didn't have any washcloths, hand towels, and only 1 bath towel inside the room.

The staff was very pleasant and helpful. They waited for us when we arrived at 1am and were very friendly.

The hotel was very run down. Smelled like marijuana and the elevator & hallways smelled strong of urine. Very loud but that was expected due to the area we selected. We were not expecting a perfect hotel due to the price and location but it was upsetting.

The room was really and their air conditioner was broken . The building was in need of repair. The staff were rude and their were a lot of shady people hanging around.

The only thing was the breakfast it had a variety of items to pick from.

Everything the room had a very bad smell as we walked in had to leave the door open for a while,the bed was so hard that we weren't able to sleep.The bathroom was so bad that I'd would not take a shower.It was horrible would not recommend to any body. 6

The front desk clerk was very kind & helpful. Although she had no authority to resolve the issues at hand, she was very kind.

EVERYTHING! I implore anyone considering staying here, don¿t! I strongly advise this hotel describe the real them on pictures, describe their location, & their ¿regulars¿. This gives everyone an opportunity for their well informed decision.

Staff was rude, rooms smell and very dirty

First of all. My room was not ready till. 4:15. When I walked into room there were still trying to finish cleaning the room. Was very uncomfortable the bathroom had bad very strong smell of weed & smoke of Course I will never stay There again

Nice facility, has everything I needed for the most part

I stayed a week. Breakfast was included. Minimal fruit selection, would have liked some more healthy options. The gym was decent, but water supply ran out, and though I brought it to attention, it didnt' get rectified while I was there.

When I checked in they couldn¿t find my reservation , come to find out they checked in a different customer under my reservation. Took about an hour to figure things out. Usually I go in and out no hassle but this time it was.

Was close to our family

Staff was rude. We stayed 6 nights and our room was cleaned only 2 times and only because we had to ask. We had to ask for toilet paper and towels. We had spiders and roaches. Roaches in the kitchen area. Just not a good place at all.

Nothing the hotel was a wreck.

Everything. The hotel was nasty dirty and run down to the state of mold in the shower and wet floors from the broken ac unit

Nothing. Misleading. They charge 100 more supposedly for deposit. I¿ll see if they refund it.

Horrible and nasty experience. 1st room was nasty , their clean up people forgot to clean it . Here I go down to tell the clerk, she gave me another room 325, and the ac was all super noisy.. The bath was not clean, you could see spots on the floor ..

Not polite to the Guess like we are not the customer for the Hotel. Behavior is not welcome the guess

The bed is not confortable and not clean

The sheets were dirty, the curtains, the floors had black stains on them, the mirrors and lamps looked rusted. The door wouldn¿t close right & someone could easily break in through the window because it wouldn¿t lock. Paid online & at hotel. Roof leaking.

Location, price was cheap

The boxspring was upside down so the bed was very uncomfortable, the posted time for check in was 3pm actual check in was at 5pm and no rooms were clean even then. Staff was rude. Free breakfast was a joke gave bags of nasty muffins and frozen food

Room was in fair condition

This is a drug area.Bathtub water was backed up, not draining. Brought it to hotel manager attention and he acted like a jerk, did nothing. I wasn't able to cancel and go anywhere else, I had my wife, daughter and grand baby present. Terrible experience!
