Nothing it was absolutely disgusting

People smoking drugs everywhere and it was extremely run down. Holes in the wall roaches crawling everywhere. Doors didn't lock, leaking water. Worst place I've ever seen, and I've stayed in hundreds if not thousands of hotel rooms.

No soap, or shampoo, no wast basket, poor maintenance , dirty. This was not a 2 star Hotel as you rated it?

Nap thing they had roaches, no way of heating up food it was a horrible experience

I had to pay all since day one, sometimes staff do not understand and there was cockroshs in the room and microwave was dirty,ni option yo cook and not cable or platforms on the television

I did not like this hotel. It was filthy. The beds were dirty. The sink was broken. The toilet was broken it smelled like marihuana and cigarrette. They promised a first floor room and they gave us on the second floor. We ended up cancelling.

Not enough lighting, shower had no pressure, no Iron, faucet on sink was loose,only 1 Trash can No Coffee Maker.need More pillows pillows, more Blankets, Tv too small Loud noises from other rooms,kid's running around.Dirty floors outside,

Worst experience ever, dirty, roaches in room and shady tenants

It was the cheapest hotel i can find

Bed was itchy, possible bed bugs and a lot of roaches like a lot. From entry we killed three on the floors, walls and was even on the furniture. After an uncomfortable few hours we mentioned to staff we were checking our due to the infestation, and ac that smelled like piss and cigarettes, and asked for a refund kindly and both lady staff first name letter with a P (one was called like Pueriren? And the other was Pia) were super mean and didn’t even consider my concern on the cleanliness. We hadn’t even stayed there the the whole rsvp time and when I asked for instructions on what to do for the bad review for a refund they started to raise their voice and speak another language and I told them that it was rude since I’m having a. Conversation and they proceeded to talk aggressively and just walked away and didn’t give me instructions on resolving the issue.

I was outside cold for night because they had no information about me booking the room.

Worse place to go to. Crack heads walking back and forth like there’s a dealer living in one of the rooms. They kept shouting out a specific name for him to come out… Rooms smell like Dope / Cigarette . The energy in that place is horrible. Cigarette holes in the curtains . Roaches walking around the floor . Not friendly receptionist. No greet , no smile , no nothing .The locks on the doors look like they been broken. Does not feel safe at all. 1st room I got , the door lock was broken, would not lock. I asked for another room,. 2nd room I got smelled like pure dope and also lock didn’t work… didn’t even stay 20 min and I asked for my refund back. Receptionist did not want to give us our refund back , I had to mention that I was going to call the cops in order for her to give us the $$ back. I do not recommend. No Star if possible

only thing there was to like was the bed.

it was very dirty our room looked like it hasn’t been swept and mopped in ages there were dirt stains on the wall . On top of that rust in the spa and the spa didn’t even work !

there was no TV, no towels , no shower head , not a lot of things for a high prices

Roaches everywhere, lots of yelling , staff barely even spoke

Unfortunately I don’t have the opportunity to stay at this location I made my reservation and also paid for that but when I arrive to the motel apparently they don’t have rooms available

It’s really disappointing the customer service the motel just saying that is not his fault about the overbooking and call booking.com they don’t know anything about my payment or my money back they ruin my night because at that time I can’t find another place to stay specially weekend

Personnel was nice and helpful
