Unbelievable! Don't do it! I travel a lot, and have never had a worse experience. I had to wait 40 minutes for someone to get to the hotel to check me in. From 11:00 to 11:40, I stood outside the office, waiting for someone to come. No apology, nothing.

The bed sheets were not clean, with visible dirty spots and stains, they offered to change sheets, but the sheets they brought in also not clean. Then they offered to change room, but that room was obviously a smoker room. Then they said will cancel

NEVER STAY HERE!!! GANG BEATING OUTSIDE OF THE ROOM TO THE POINT I HAD TO WALK AROUND A POOL OF BLOOD TO LEAVE. NEVER STAY HERE!! ROOM WAS DIRTY, IVE STAYED IN SKETCHY PLACES BEFORE BUT THIS WAS GROSS. NEVER STAY HERE!!!

EVERYTHING: internet signal was very bad; beds are not clean and falling apart; outlets are not safe (missing covers); front desk people sometimes disappear; a lot of noise from the streets and other rooms; area doesn't look safe with gangsters around.

There was nobody on the office to check me in and give me a room. Waited 30 minutes then left to find another hotel. This place was dirty, dark and homeless people around the building and I witnessed a drug transaction going on in the parking lot.

The star rating is very accurate. Was a last minute trip and couldn¿t find any better rated room because of the tennis tournament going on. The towels and sheets were stained. The handle in the shower was broken. I would not stay here again

Drug addicts seemed to live there. And the shower by the window looked to have smeared feces by it

Very strong smell of smoke even though there were non smoking rooms The room was very dusty and sheets had not been changed as there were stains underneath the sheets. Bathrooms were dirty as well , and windows had no screen

Location near both Joshua tree and Palm Springs. We just stayed overnight. The heater worked as did fridge and television

Cleanliness was poor. Towels and sheets were stained so were the bathroom walls with what looked like blood splatter. The toilet was sooo low.

For the price the motel exceeded my expectations.Nice room, little continental breakfast for $60 bucks on a Saturday night! Best deal I've seen anywhere.And the young lady at the front desk outstanding!!!

When we arrived in the room, there were two cockroaches in the bathroom. Because there are no phones in the room I had to walk to the office and tell them about the bugs and the remote for the television did not work, slept with lights on. Never again.

Staff was friendly and helpful. It was very close to sheer I needed to be.

You get what you pay for I suppose. Clean but very minimal in asthetically.

The place was surprisingly nice clean and quiet They serve muffins n cereal n fresh fruit for breakfast, with hot coffee orcocoa.

The building itself is not in a great shape. It is very worn, stained and our bathroom appeared to have had some water damage that was patched haphazardly. The baseboards in the bathroom were also rotting.

Noisy location on busy street at a stoplight corner. Homeless and drug sales in parking lot. Very slow Wi-Fi. Website pics are an exaggeration of reality. Not an Inn and Suites, rather an old motel. No furniture for storing or hanging clothes.

Easy check in. Parking right near my room, but that can vary depending on room assigned.

Door jambs could use more cleaning.

It was reasonably close to Palm Springs.

Everything - it looked like a place for transients. Other guests looked homeless. The sheets seemed clean even through there were stains on them. The shower didn't work correctly = I had to run the sink water before I could get hot water in the shower.
