    Pros +

    • Small, quiet, very clean, rooms are nice with kitchenette, good value!
    • This location is and has always been a favorite for the beauty, the cleanliness, the wind, the pools, the people.
    • Nice owner. Good size spas both indoor and outdoor. All spas and pool are natural hot springs. Room is nice, good A/C as it gets hot in the summer and nice little kitchen with full fridge, stove, microwave, toaster and coffee maker.

    Cons -

    • They should offer a continental breakfast like most places out there do. Fresh coffee is better then room stale coffee grounds.
    • No. I keep coming back here.
    • NO COMPLAINTS!!!

It was quiet and had access to all the pools. We also enjoyed the bed. Slept very well. We had the whole resort to ourselves. The kitchen was great to make meals and really was able to relax and enjoy the weekend.

One of the days the gardeners were cutting the palm trees so it made it difficult to enjoy the outside pool but we just used the indoor pool.

    9NatePosted on: 1-3-2026

We liked the way it was set up all around the pool. The pools were great. Indoor pool was cool. The outdoor pool was cool. They were warm on a cool night. Really nice place.

We had no dislikes about the properly. We only have one minor issue with the room and the toilet leaked. That was all.

Soaking in the pools. Landscaping! Arther was very good at accommodating us!

We loved absolutely everything! Our visit far surpassed our expectations and we left feeling so refreshed. We used the kitchen to prepare meals and enjoyed the comfortable beds The facilities are all impeccably clean and the mineral pools are truly magical!

    Nothing! We loved everything

Room was big and nice . Everything was clean .The kitchen was well equipped

Everything was good exept staff working around in garden when we try to relax in jaccuzi. It was a windy day and dust was everywere.

The pool and spas are perfect. Small, intimate resort and every room is just a few steps from the pools. New owners were still in the process of upgrades and improvements to the rooms and grounds, but not disruptive, and changes for the better are already noticeable. This was our 5th visit in 6 years and we're already looking forward to next year!

This is a small resort, a dozen rooms, but the facilities are outstanding. It is not hyper fancy or brand new but everything is immaculate and there are three amazing Hot Springs pools, one indoor and two outdoor that are quite wonderful in their creative properties. The new owner is Quite devoted to her customer’s comfort and satisfaction. She is in a process of upgrades and improvements, but the beds are excellent, every room has a full kitchen. It has a big screen TV with DVD options as well and there are both chairs and loungers in front of each room. The setting is Desert Hot Springs, in the foothills north of Palm Springs about 20 minutes. DHS itself is not a deluxe destination. But it is famous for their Hot Springs welling up out of the hills behind them. There are modest restaurants with good food in the neighborhood, including Indian, Mexican and Japanese cuisines and Palm Springs has every imaginable level and type of restaurant. The main thing we go for is to have a chance to visit let the Midwesterners get out of the freezing cold and to enjoy the very healing waters of the Lido palms.

I can’t think of anything I dislike per se. I appreciate the fact that it is clean and comfortable, without ornate decor. Those looking for that upscale experience have plenty of options in Palm Springs just down the road (but mostly without any hot springs.)

old school motel with hot springs. impeccably clean. well appointed kitchen. good neighborhood for walking. friendly staff

    walls are thin

Manager, Arthur, was very kind and he fixed our broken toilet right away. The property was clean and well maintained.

Some confusion over our reservation with booking dot com. We prepaid our room but keep getting “balance due” emails. Resolved it at the check in. Saw a roach in the kitchen when we checked in but nothing more after that.

I loved the indoor mineral pool with jets! with heavy rains outside! There’s a full kitchen in each room and a very comfortable bed. The best part was the spa! Truly fantastic facial and my massage was perfect.

As a solo traveler I felt safe and cared for by such a thoughtful staff.

    9JenniferPosted on: 3-25-2024

I’ve been coming there for years. It’s not fancy but it’s comfortable, the mineral water is fabulous, it’s quiet ( no children, clientele is older) and the people who run it are nice and helpful. I like having a kitchen.

I think for two days there was no staff there at all, which wouldn’t have happened in the past. No one was skimming the pools or checking the temperature. It was still fine but maybe just a bit neglected.

    10BonniePosted on: 2-26-2024

As always, I really enjoyed our stay. The mineral water is the best and the facial was exceptional

The kitchen chairs. They dont go with the spa decor

Room size and having a kitchen.

Had no heat for the first 2 days.
