Mylo Hotel

It was clean and quiet I felt comfortable staying and would love to do it again

I like my first time staying in Mylo hotel It?s pretty cool

There was no soap. When I called the front desk, she told me to come and get it. When I got there, she said they have not been able to order it and gave me the shampoo, conditioner and lotion already provided

Not much

Staff not forthcoming on lack hot water till after check in, parking, says maybe need to pay for parking, not specific, deal in black & white for business not any gray area. It was frustrating time spent.

Pleasantly surprised the was above and beyond what I expected. Clean everything I was very impressed. Location felt safe a little walk to stores and food. Walls alittle thin lol but overall I would definitely stay there again.

The pictures, description, and reviews are totally inaccurate for this Hotel. It¿s located in a older section of Daly City. Both the Hotel exterior and interior are old and outdated. Lord knows how this place could rate 7.0. Horrible experience!

Everything

The hotel has been upgraded to look modern. Its clean, with beautiful bedding, clean fresh towels.

The entrance door needs a wider door seal to prevent drafts and noise from other guests who may be talking outside.

Its looked like a jail cell when i walked into room pictures were nothing like the room and room was Like two blocks away from where i check in

The decor was nice.

There is a 50 incidentials deposit that has to be puto. A debit or credit card.

Location! Attending an event at Cow Palace and this hotel was the perfect choice. Our room was located in the front of the hotel allowing street parking. It was super convenient to not be in the small parking lot.

The traffic is loud in the room and there isn't carpet so bring house shoes. Overall great experience. We will definitely stay again. The location was excellent and staff was great.

I got the room at a discounted rate.

The room did not have carpet, so it had a "hospital" feel to it. The walls were extremely thin, so I couldn't sleep due to the TV noise on one side and loud conversations/coughing on the other side.

I like that the place is safe and not as busy as in the cuty. The coffee maker and the coffee was good and breakfast. Comfortable bed , tv and the channels.

Drinking water wasnt refilled daily and i was charged once by the receptionist when i asked for it. (1 dlr /bottle) Our bed ,bathroom and coffee table was tidied up but our floor still has dirt and hair which i would think was not cleaned up well.

 the front desk. He was most helpful and accommodating -- and gracious. Room accommodations, especially w/ neat kitchenette, very comfortable & reasonably well-appointed. Availability on short notice as we fled the Napa Fires.

Location sucks. Parking lot is way too small. Breakfast needs considerable improvement. (NOT from Norwalk, as identified incorrectly below)

Cute decor, very clean, great service. Had a blow dryer, a place to hang clothes, a cute chair and table for work, a very big flat screen tv with lots of hammers, microwave and fridge. Very impressed, especially for the price point!

Staff was excellent. Room was clean. I would go back. Close to freeways and BART is 15 minutes. Quant little place. For the cost it is a very nice motel.

Bed and room were really small. Location isn't very good. Not near enough restraunts or stores.

There is parking inside which makes it convenient, just make sure you get there early enough to get a spot. Staff was very nice.

Nothing..... This isn't a 4 star hotel which is what was advertised. Maybe a 2.

I booked this room and paid extra to have a Kitchenette. I needed a place to cook. When I arrived I was told there weren't any cooking utensils or serving ware. I took one look at the room and left. Even though the room was not as stated I had to pay.
