The employee at the front desk was so nice.

There was hair all over the pillows and hair in the bathtub..

I chose this motel as it was 2 blocks from the Chinatown street car line (which gets you to all lines) and seemed secure for the car as it's pretty much enclosed with in the compound. I was right, the location was great and the room actually nice.

Free parking inside the hotel parking lot, right outside our door.

Dirty bedspreads, soap scum and mold in the shower, shady location, paper thin walls - my son and I were awoken in the middle of the night by cars racing and screeching in the street, the neighbors conversations and loud snoring could clearly be heard.

Affordable, clean and good location for my needs.

Tables had so many peeling paint/dent areas on it we were grossed out about eating in our room. Bed was safer to eat on. The corner on my bed had a hole from a cigarette burn so it really looked dirty. During the night we smelled weed smoke in our room.

The rooms were clean, and the hotel staff was very nice.

I knew this hotel didn't serve breakfast, but I wish they would have had coffee pots in the rooms. This is definitely not a dealbreaker and I would book again.

Don't offer a free breakfast when it's all snacks and expired orange juice

The receptionist was kind and very helpful both upon checking in and when needing directions the next morning.

We were in room 105; the key worked fine (even verified by the receptionist) yet I couldn't open the door. I'd sure appreciate it if it could be fixed so it will work the next time I'm there.

Customer service was the worst, the people were very rude and not helpful Did not ask if we needed anything, every time we had a question they would answer with an attitude Denied for service in the beginning even though I had a reservation

Bed could of been better.

The description for the breakfast should have said "continental", as it was only coffee, juice, and prepackaged danish and granola bars. Also, the breakfast should have been free and included with the room, yet I paid an extra $10 for the breakfast.

Clean comfortable room good pricing. Not in the heart of town but has some fast food and convenience nearby.

Parking a little tight but not a problem.

water in shower did not flush. There was gum in carpet . The room that I stay was suppose to be a non smoking but it smell otherwise . Carpet very dirty.

The staff was rude and mean. Lied!!!! Unwilling to help. The room was gross. It had red stains in the carpet. Holes in the bedspread bars on the window. Horrible!!!

There was no room service at all!! I came from a long flight and didnt have time to eat and all that was offered were snacks in the vending machineAlso the shower mat looked a little old and in need of replacement

The staff was responsive. It was inexpensive. You could tell that the hotel really tried to elevate the status of the hotel.

It was incredibly loud. All through the night people were slamming doors and playing music.

Room was what I expected it to be.
