- Paper thin walls, loud freeway noise, not comfortable pillows, $45 fee for late checkout(!), waited 10 min for front desk only to learn that she was sitting next to me listening to Indian songs on her phone, unattentive front desk
- Simply sonesta oc staff is rude,combative,irritable. Refused to supply comforter the last 2 weeks of my stay. Triple charged my credit card for room fee in same night. Threw us out at midnight for nothing. Daniel refused to speak to me when I asked why.
- Parking is a little packed but other than that it was great
