Glorietta Bay Inn Coronado Island

The location was excellent, walking distance to everything. Breakfast every morning was great and filled with lots of options to choose from. Check in/check out was super easy. Staff were very friendly.

The room seemed a little dusty, we kept the patio door opened quite a bit to allow fresh air in. The TV remote was ancient and hardly worked.

Room was not worth the $--- a night. There was no special port to charge cell phones, however they did provide a barcode scanner so you could leave a tip for the maid! The AC was noisy and didn't cover the entire room. Bed was lumpy. Location great

Hotel staff could not be more accommodating. Professional and extremely polite and a pleasure to stay here. Great breakfast in the am. bar in the pm on weekends. Small boutique atmosphere with perfect location across the street from Coronado Hotel.

Great location. Cozy little resort. Breakfast was good! It¿s an older hotel but the location made-up for that. Still charming and within walking distance to so many shops, restaurants, golf course and beach.

Being older there¿s a musty smell but with AC running it cleared out.

We really enjoyed our stay. The rooms were good size, as well as having two full bathrooms. I prefer premium bedding, but the beds were ok. Lots of staff around and all very friendly. Breakfast was great and the location was perfect.

There are a couple of points that could improve such as the rug cleanliness in room 793. The breakfast serving staff was not the friendliest.

Room was well located, bright and clean. The bed was the best. Staff was very friendly. Coffee maker didn¿t perform. But they had coffee available in the lobby along with a substantial breakfast. Very enjoyable stay.

First room we looked at was at the back of the hotel on the parking lot and was very dark. Need to be on the front side if possible.

Location, location, location.

The room I had was dark, dreary. Really couldn¿t open the blinds without people coming and go from the parking lot. Room located under a walkway and a path for other rooms. No light and foot traffic. Parking was limited yet a daily charge for it.

The location was good.

The room was outdated- the carpet smelled like dog urine. We told the staff and they sent someone to spray the carport but that did not resolve the problem.

Beautiful hotel in a most convenient location, so close to the beach and restaurants. Able to ride our bikes the bayshore bike way trail, safe and great sightseeing. Hotel employee at the front desk so helpful and responsive to questions , great customer service!

Location, staff, cleanliness

This hotel was conveniently located within walking distance to many shops and restaurants. The room was clean, quiet, and the bed was comfortable.

The shower stall needed some attention. There was a bit of mildew around the edges. They need to replace the shower head it leaked. I also did not like the soap that was provided so I went out and bought my own.

The hotel location was good and the rooms were clean.

The breakfast was minimal, this is a old hotel and the rooms are what you would expect from a old style hotel. I don't believe this should be considered a four star hotel. It was well taken care of clean and the staff was great but is in not a four star.

Pretty architecture, nice view and setting, great location to access everything.

Everything about the room felt aged, and not well renovated. The tile work in the bathroom and the carpets and trim all just felt meh. It was clean, small and overall fine. Just not amazing.
