- This hotel is amazing at Christmas time. this was our 5th year coming to this hotel at this time and we will definitely be back. The decor is beautiful and the staff is wonderful. All the details made the trip extra special. Welcome drinks and cookies for the kiddos- such a sweet treat. We had a beautiful bay suite that exceeded our expectations.
- The customer service Jade provided was way beyond our expectations. She was excited to learn that it was our first vacation together in over 20 years, ( due to being parents and o ly doing family vacations) she was so happy for us. Even though we could not afford to stay longer. Jade still made our experience the absolute best, we couldn't ask for better. If we ever get to go back, we hope to see Jade again. The view we had was so perfect, I mentioned to Jade that I love the sunrise and sunsets so she found us a room so I could see the sun come up it was breath taking to see. Thank you Jade from the bottom of our hearts.
- The location and Scenery was beautiful and the staff was amazing they made my girlfriend feel very special for her birthday.
Cons -
- Would have loved more food options. As we were here for a soccer tournament we often were eating at non mealtimes at the bar. Wish there were more options especially for kids.
- The internet could be a bit better but other than that I have no complaints
