- Really enjoy the staff. Always a warm welcome.
- I paid over the phone for 1 of my drivers to have somewhere to sleep with truck parking. I spoke to a young lady at night and she said everything was setup i even received email confirmation. When my driver got there, he said an Asian receptionist was working and was clueless. The receptionist said that there was no way to confirm the over the phone reservation/payment? The account# i received from you guys was 50321589My driver had to pay out of pocket to stay there. I am truly upset my driver had to pay out of pocket for this room i paid for over the phone; it's ridiculous.
- The property is a convenient stop on our way to Oregon. The staff is very friendly, and the location is great.
Cons -
- The room was FREEZING when we entered, and it took quite a while to warm up (old heating system). We have been staying here for years, and we are noticing that the hotel is starting to look a bit worn.
- Payment over the phone and when my driver was there checking in the receptionist said they couldn't find any reservation or payment.
- The interior is a little run down and could use some updating but it’s clean and the location is good.
