Hotel was nice

Staff did not inform me of EV chargers not working for the week when I called them specifically to ask about chargers. Put me in room right above construction and had to change. Key did not work until checkout time. Poor signage in hotel.

Staff always available to help. Cleanliness, location, good variety for breakfast, safety etc.

There was an on and off sewage odor coming out from the sink.

THE BEST HOTEL ever. Friendly staff, awesome large room and bath. The breakfast was beyond the best. Chef prepared omelet, waffle station , fluffy scrambled eggs delicious smoked crispy bacon, HOT delicious coffee. Will always choose this hotel.

Everything was top notch.

This hotel has nothing that I can say it to be best in. When it came to location it was so far off the grid that it took for ever to get there. Traffic was horrible all hours of the day and I didn¿t understand why they had soo many electric vehicle spots

The room hallway and the rooms had this fragrance that was soo overwhelming that it gave me a headache. The pillows and the bed were super uncomfortable making hard to get a good nights rest. The equipment was substandard for the what they advertised.

Greatly appreciated the excellent and gracious customer service received from Karen and her staff! The spacious room we stayed in was well appointed and very clean. Also enjoyed the free offered amenities - buffet breakfast, internet and parking.

Breakfast was awesome, staff was awesome, room was great. Shower and bed are both very nice. Tv and office space was solid as well.

Fridge is not cold enough. I turned it up to 6 (max) and it wasn¿t cold. My coffee creamer ended up going back by the end of the second day. It was brand new and sealed when I arrived.

Room 411 bathtub spicket had slow leak and couldn¿t pull tab up all the way to get 100% shower.

We were greeted right away and made to feel welcome. We were able to check in early and the room was phenomenal. The location to shopping and great restaurants was definitely a plus.

Beautiful hotel, smells great, bedlinens are very comfortable, towels are plush, no fee on parking, the wide selection on their free breakfast, hotel staff were friendly, rooms are very spacious

Excellent, clean, comfortable rooms. Great customer service. On a busy weekend the capacity to accommodate huge crowds for breakfast and the pool/spa areas was superb. Great stay!

$125 incidental fee per room - per night. Unexpected and definitely affected our overall budget for a holiday weekend.

Too many things to list. It was beautiful, clean, friendly staff that went the extra mile. FIVE bath towels in my room, who does that? Great size TV, noise level not bad, all in all a great hotel.

You don't have a restaurant with which to order room service which is my favorite thing to do in the world, have food brought to me and the dishes washed by anyone but me.

New construction. New area development. Clean and fresh.

The types of people that were present and residing in the hotel are of "hoodlum" persuasion. There were a few. Not all but a few. Imagine this....yelling, shouting, and screaming at one another. I ignored them. They walked East, I walked West.
