The space it had in the room.

Needs some tlc, some areas were dirty but we came prepared & cleaned it ourselves it wasn’t a big deal.

Room was huge. Everything worked except the WI-FI. Parking lot lit up like daylight at night.

Some of the staff are very pleasant. I was actually considering extending my stay to make things easier for myself, but after the noise this morning, with people talking loudly on the phone right outside my door, I changed my mind.

In addition to the noise, The hotel has a strong odor; I had to open the door and run the AC to ventilate the room. The doorknob does not work properly, and the room phone is also not working.

The room had two big beds, refrigerator and a microwave oven.

I did not like the refrigerator inside a cabinet because there is no air circulation to keep it at proper temperature

Has everything table chairs bathroom supply’s. Oh and enough pillows.

Well had a problem with toilet but moved rooms and went well after that.

The staff members were great from the check-in people like hotel employee. Very friendly. To the housekeepers who were very helpful as well as, hotel employee their supervisor. Also, it was nice and quiet.

The staff is very friendly. It’s in a great location. Plus the jacuzzi and the pool is great

my tv didn't work--it only got one channel and the remote control was unable to change the channel. I asked the front desk person to help me get it working but she couldn't either. I was not offered a new room or any money back. Very disappointing.

no hot water. The fact that my key didn't work on the second day of my stay. Also, the door knob took a lot of effort to turn--it was hard to open the door, it almost took muscle to get it open. Noisy motorcycles.

The room needed to be cleaned better, dirt and hair on the floor, chairs were not clean and had visible stains. The mattress seems very cheap as well, and the air conditioner being mounted at the top of the wall makes it difficult to adjust the settings

TV would not turn off, scary guys partying outside our room, and police dealing with issues at 1:30am next store to our room

almost everything else. Our keys didnt work the second day after coming back from breakfast. The room next door was loud and obnoxious and our phone didnt even work to call the front desk at 3am after being woken up

Nothing. They failed to mention that you have to pay 100 dollar deposit for the room. But still charged me for the room.

After paying online I arrive at the hotel to find out I can't rent the room unless I have 100 deposit. And now days later still waiting for the payment to be refunded back to my card.

The location was terrible. There was nothing but a bed, a TV and a few pieces of furniture... No pictures. Thin walls. I heard the person in the next rooms phone vibrating every few minites. I only stayed one out of the three nights... I couldn't go back.

They had dove shampoo conditioner and body wash. They had a pool that many people were enjoying

The remote for the TV and the phone didn't work. We had to get our key reactivated every day. The bathroom shower was extremely slippery

The location was close to a lot of food options, my main reason for selecting it. It was obviously older but some work had been done to spruce up the rooms (paint and flooring). I appreciated that there was a coffee maker, microwave, and fridge.

Thin walls! I heard every word my neighbors said. There was a gathering of bikers there both nights, who revved engines, played loud music, and smoked weed in the parking lot. Police came and they were quiet for 5 minutes. Even without them, noisy!

I cant check in because no one is in the front desk. I waited 2hrs and still no ine in the lobby.

Its quiet, clean , staff are pretty friendly

My room had a leak in the bathroom I mentioned it to the housekeeper and they never came to see it or fix it or anything
